Community Quarterback Award
A community is defined in large part by the volunteer efforts of its residents. It is that volunteer spirit that the Green Bay Packers recognize through the Community Quarterback Award. Junior Community Quarterback Award
It is with the belief that young people can make a difference in their community that the Junior Community Quarterback Award was developed in 2005.

The Junior Community Quarterback Award was designed to honor high school and college students (ages 13 to 21) who exemplify leadership, dedication, creativity and a commitment to improving the communities in which they live through volunteerism. Grant recipients have either created a new community betterment project or are working to sustain a project they have already initiated. - More Info

  • Angie Runingen, St. Norbert College Midwest Campus Compact Citizen Scholar Fellowship Program, De Pere

  • Marnie McCann, West Allis Central High School Special Education CD Program, West Allis
  • Janelle Brooks, Read to Succeed - St. William Catholic School, Janesville
  • Shawn Becker, Badger Middle School Builders Club - West Bend Noon Kiwanis Club, West Bend
Junior Volunteer Stars Program
Each year, through the Green Bay Packers Junior Volunteer Stars Program, children 13 years old and younger who create and execute community improvement and volunteer projects are recognized.

Green Bay Packers Junior Volunteer Stars is a program designed to promote community investment and volunteerism in children via small level grants. These grants must be used to finance a community improvement project, such as playground clean-up, repainting of graffiti walls, planting a garden at a senior center, or food or clothing collection. The project must be created and executed by the child or children. - More Info
