Lunch is Served

| QB Danny Wuerffel addresses students at Fort Howard elementary school on Tuesday. |
Students at Green Bay's Holy Family School quickly realized that lunch would be different. Such is the case when a few 300-pound linemen temporarily replace the normal, petite-figured ladies who usually call the shots in the cafeteria.
Brett Favre, Mike Sherman, their wives and several other members of the Green Bay Packers took advantage of their off day to keep a six-year tradition alive on Tuesday, when they served lunch and joined kids for recess at the school's Green & Gold Day.
"It's always fun to be around kids," said defensive end Kabeer Gbaja-Biamila. "They treat us like heroes, but we're probably having more fun than they are."
Taking part were Brett and Deanna Favre, Mike and Karen Sherman, Tyrone and Shantel Williams, Josh and Bethany Bidwell, Scott Curry, Chris Gizzi, Craig Heimburger, Danny Wuerffel, Rob Davis, Frank Novak and Gbaja-Biamila.
Earlier in the day, Donald Driver, Rob Davis and Danny Wuerffel teamed up with United Way in the second annual NFL & United Way Hometown Huddle.
The players appeared at Green Bay's Fort Howard and Jefferson elementary schools and addressed the students on the value of staying in school and making good life choices. School supplies were also given to each school to distribute to all of the children.
