The members of Cub Scout Pack 3041 in Combined Locks, Wis. had an extra special meeting on November 6.Ý Packers' safety Chris Akins was on hand to talk with the 60 scouts and some of their parents.
Akins volunteered his time to talk with the boys about the importance of performing well in school, utilizing teamwork to achieve goals and staying away from drugs.Ý He was able to keep the scouts involved in his discussion while covering issues important to the parents and scoutmasters.
Following his presentation, Akins fielded a question and answer session with the scouts.Ý His visit made for a meeting these scouts won't soon forget.
