Students go through the Packer lunch line

In a tradition that has been ongoing for three years, members of the Green Bay Packers visited Holy Family School on their day off to serve lunch to the students. The event coincided with Packers Day at the school where the students came dressed in green and gold to show their support of the team.

Seven players and two coaches made lunch time an even more exciting part of the day today. Quarterback Brett Favre joined teammates Donald Driver, Bill Ferrario, Chris Gall, Torrance Marshall, Doug Pederson and Bill Schroeder in serving lunch. GM/Head Coach Mike Sherman and Director of Player Programs Edgar Bennett also participated.

In addition to serving lunch, Sherman and Favre held a question and answer session in the gym with the children. The Packers were at the school from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Tuesday afternoon.
