NFL Draft Notes- High intensity with the balance & agility to redirect inside with a quick step...Comes off the snap with a low hard charge & is very aggressive with his hands...Smooth spinning off blocks & has an array of moves when his initial charge does not work...Recently timed at 4.98 in the 40-yard dash.
1998- Burger King, Sports Network & Sheridan Broadcasting All-American selection...First-team All-Southern Intercollegiate Athletic Conference pick...Lined up at strongside tackle, recording 66 tackles (40 solos) with 10 sacks & 28 stops behind the line of scrimmage...Picked off a pass & deflected 3 others...Also caused a pair of fumbles.
1997- Started every game at strongside tackle in his first year at KSU...Finished with 28 tackles (16 solos), two sacks & eight stops behind the line of scrimmage...Also deflected a pair of passes.
1996- Did not play..Originally signed with the University of Georgia.
Junior College- Two-year standout as a defensive tackle (1994-95) at Northwest Mississippi Junior College...Named Mississippi JUCO Defensive Player of the Year as a sophomore.
