Action Needed: Update your Packers Mobile App!

Fans attending any games during the 2023 season should update their Packers mobile app due to important upgrades and enhancements.

Please reference the table below for Lambeau Field hours of operation

Know Before You Go

  • Fans will notice new pedestal-style ticket scanners at gates this season, aimed at getting fans into the stadium quicker and more easily. Ticket holders can either scan mobile tickets that have been added to their digital wallet on the upper part of the pedestal, or scan each mobile ticket's barcode on the lower part of the pedestal. Each ticket must be scanned separately, and fans are asked to have their phone charged and their mobile tickets ready to scan as they approach the gate to allow for more efficient entry.
  • Enter early through the proper stadium gate. As more of our game attendees familiarize themselves with mobile ticket use, you may have a slower entry process. Minimize your wait time by going to the gate early and use the gate listed on your mobile ticket. If weather permits, we'll launch fireworks one hour prior to kickoff to help remind you it's time to head to your gate.
  • All concession and merchandise locations are cashless. Fans should plan ahead to bring credit/debit cards or use contactless payment solutions. A cash-to-card conversion station is available in the Atrium for those who do not use credit/debit cards.
  • We ask for your patience. We are still ramping up to full staffing levels and also are learning some new systems. We appreciate your patience as it may take some extra time to serve you.
  • Re-Entry policy: Noon – 3:30 p.m. start times, the Atrium will open to ticketed guests four hours prior to kickoff. To access the Atrium before the stadium seating areas open (two hours prior to kickoff), please enter at the American Family Insurance Gate on the east side of the stadium, where your ticket will be scanned. All other gates (including the Miller Lite Gate and Oneida Nation Gate) will open 2 hours prior to kickoff. Once "scanned in", you will not be allowed to exit and re-enter the stadium. There is no exit/re-entry for afternoon games.

Bus Route Information

On gameday, let the Green Bay Metro and Green Bay Packers be your ride to and from the game. Fans will be offered four free, efficient and convenient gameday bus routes for all Packers home games, with extended service to several areas of Green Bay. The routes begin four hours before kickoff and run for approximately one hour following a game, or until 4:30 p.m. following a noon game, leaving Lambeau Field every 30 minutes.

Lamers also offers a fee-based service from several areas in the Greater Green Bay area, as well as other cities in Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula. Fans visiting prior to gameday also are encouraged to use the free Green Line (Route 8) and the free Gold Line (Route 9), which runs each weekday between 5:15 a.m. and 9:45 p.m., as well as Saturdays from 7:15 a.m. to 6:45 p.m. Buses run every 30 minutes, with stops that serve Lambeau Field at Lombardi Avenue and Titletown on Ridge Road.

Carry-In Policy & Security

Police officers are stationed at each entrance gate to ensure your safety while visiting Lambeau Field. You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the stadium. If you elect not to consent to being searched, you will be denied entry. Please be aware that carry-in policies may be modified from game to game as security levels change, and items permitted into the stadium may be determined at the discretion of each officer.

Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are allowed if carried in loosely. Small cameras, binoculars and cell phones are acceptable if carried in loosely. For cold weather games, battery operated clothing is permitted. Traditional stadium seats with backs and seat pads are permitted as long as they do not exceed 18" wide and contain no pockets, zippers or concealable areas. Oversized seats and/or seats with arm rests or other attachments are not allowed.

Firearms and other weapons, coolers, strollers, wagons, umbrellas, obstructive banners and signs are all strictly prohibited, as are food & beverages, noisemakers of any kind, selfie sticks, video cameras and still photo cameras with lenses over 12".

Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or they will be confiscated and discarded.

Outlined below are the policies and guidelines for an approved clear bag that would be permitted into a stadium during an NFL game.

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" (30.5 x 15.25 x 30.5 cm). This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.
  • No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag.
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag.
  • Logo can only be on one side of the bag.
  • Small, non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" (11.4 x 16.5 cm) in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with an approved clear plastic bag.

All other bags that do not meet the bag guidelines above will be prohibited from entering any NFL stadium. Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or they will be confiscated and discarded.

For more information about the NFL Clear Bag Policy, visit https://www.nfl.com/legal/clear-bag-policy

Regarding Wisconsin's concealed carry law now in effect, the Packers, as occupant of Lambeau Field, will continue our no weapons policy and prohibit carrying firearms or other weapons on the property, including the parking lot.

Additionally, all fans entering Lambeau Field on gamedays will use walk-through metal detectors.

Unlike the screening machines at airports, guests are asked to not remove any jackets, belts, coins, keys, wallets, watches, or other objects of similar size. Guests will be asked to walk through the metal detector with their items.

Cashless Payment

Lambeau Field has transitioned to entirely cashless payment systems throughout the stadium on gamedays and non-gamedays. This transition affects food and beverage stands, the Packers Pro Shop, the ticket office, 1919 Kitchen and Tap, the Packers Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours and other points of sale throughout the building.

All Packers-operated businesses at Titletown (46 Below, The Turn, Ariens Hill) also are now cashless. Private businesses at Titletown, including Lodge Kohler, Hinterland and Bellin Health, will not be affected by this change.

Fans should note that parking on gamedays will be cashless. Cost is $50.

The shift to cashless builds upon recent updates to Lambeau Field's point-of-sale systems and renovations to the concourses and concession stands, all aimed at enhancing the Lambeau Field fan experience.

Changing to cashless will allow for increased efficiency and transaction speeds, shorter lines and less contact between guests and staff.

Fans, guests and visitors can use traditional credit/debit card payment methods, as well as a variety of contactless payment solutions such as Mastercard Nearby Mobile App, Apple Pay, Google Pay and tap-and-go credit cards. More mobile payment solutions will be introduced in future seasons. Checks will not be accepted.

Those who do not use credit or bank cards may use free cash-to-card conversion stations, which issue payment cards that can be used at Lambeau Field, as well as at other retailers, restaurants, and businesses outside the stadium where Mastercard is accepted. Fans can load between $5 and $500 on the cards and funds will be available to users for five years from the last date money was loaded on the card. Conversion stations will be available at various locations at Lambeau Field and Titletown on gamedays and in the Atrium on non-gamedays.

Cash-to-Card Conversion (Reverse ATM) locations:

American Family Insurance Gate lobby, Atrium floor and Titletown (inside 46 Below).

ATM locations – General Seating: American Family Gate lobby, Atrium floor, 3rd floor east concourse inside the US Cellular Loft and Gameday store. Premium Seating areas: 4th floor east concierge desk and 4th and 6th floor indoor club seats. ATMs are also located on levels 4 and 7 of the South End and inside the Johnsonville Tailgate Village. Refer to the back of your card for reverse ATM terms and conditions. For balance inquiries, visit rcbalance.com.

Children

All individuals, regardless of age (babies included), must have a ticket to enter Lambeau Field on gameday. If you and your child become separated, please contact the nearest security personnel. While we understand that other venues may have different ticket policies for children, the unique seating area inside Lambeau Field, with its bleachers and tighter configurations common in 1957 when it was constructed, make it necessary to have our policy. Even a small child on a lap would make a row impassable for other patrons to efficiently and safely get to and from their seats during the course of a game. We thank you for your understanding.

In an effort to prevent or reduce the chances of a lost child (or person of any age), we offer a Lost Person Prevention program. Upon registration, a coded wristband will be issued which will include seat and contact information. Guests with tickets in the general bowl may register with Guest Services in Atrium, Fan Assistance section 109 (level 1 concourse) and Fan Assistance section 353 (level 3 concourse). Suite and club guests may register at the concierge desks. Onsite law enforcement, Packers Security staff and stadium personnel wearing red can provide assistance.

Some helpful safety tips to help prevent a lost child (or person of any age): designate a meeting point, discuss different scenarios & how to seek help, keep a recent photo of child/person on your smartphone, and make sure they know full names & phone numbers. As another suggestion, we recommend having contact information on a card or paper that can be kept in their pocket.

Travelers should allow extra time and can check online for real-time traffic information, including travel times, lane closures and incidents, at 511 Wisconsin online at www.511wi.gov or by calling 511.

Drop Off Zone

Due to the traffic congestion around the stadium we suggest dropping off your passengers on the corner of Shadow Ln and Frank St, there is a convenient sidewalk and Police are there to assist you crossing the street into the Lambeau Field parking lot. Please respect any posted time limitations and heed the instructions from officers directing traffic flow in and out of the area. Fan Code of Conduct

The Green Bay Packers are committed to providing an enjoyable and safe game experience. Irresponsible conduct will not be tolerated at Lambeau Field or in its parking lots and, in some cases, may result in arrest and/or ejection from the game. The following will not be tolerated:

  • Smoking: Lambeau Field is a smoke-free facility.
  • Behavior that is unruly, disruptive, or illegal in nature.
  • Intoxication or other signs of alcohol impairment that result in irresponsible behavior.
  • Foul or abusive language or obscene gestures.
  • Interference with the purpose of the game (including throwing objects onto the field).
  • Failing to follow instructions of stadium personnel.
  • Verbal and physical harassment of opposing team fans.
  • Any other conduct deemed to be beyond the bounds of reason.
  • While standing and cheering is permitted, please keep in mind that continued standing can interfere with others' ability to enjoy the game from their seats. To be courteous to all guests in attendance, we ask fans to stand and cheer when appropriate with the flow of the game.

Repeat violations of the above policy may result in the permanent revocation of season tickets, regardless of whether or not the spectators or violators using the tickets are the season ticket holders of record.

The fan code of conduct has been enhanced with an option for fans to use their mobile phones to alert security via text message to behavior that detracts from a positive gameday experience. The numbers will be visible throughout the stadium, including on signage in the stadium bowl and at all concession stands. Announcements also will be made in-stadium.
