GREEN BAY – Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers has been named the NFC Offensive Player of the Week for the 16th time in his career, a franchise record and most in the NFL since 2010.
It's the eighth consecutive season Rodgers has been honored with the award.
The distinction comes after Rodgers completed 19-of-29 passes for 221 yards and three touchdowns (122.9 passer rating) in the Packers' 35-31 win over Dallas on Sunday.
The Packers trailed by as many as 15 points in the second quarter before mounting their comeback, which culminated in a game-winning, 75-yard touchdown drive in the final 1 minute, 13 seconds.
Rodgers completed the second-half rally with a 12-yard touchdown pass to receiver Davante Adams with 11 seconds left, propelling the Packers to a 4-1 start on the season.
