Packers, Milwaukee Journal Sentinel again offer 'Ultimate Leap Sweepstakes,' presented by Robert Haack Diamonds and Pick 'N Save

The Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel are offering fans the chance to do the Lambeau Leap during the Dec. 22 game against the Pittsburgh Steelers through the “Ultimate Leap Sweepstakes,” presented by Robert Haack Diamonds and Pick ‘n Save.

Thirty-five winners will be chosen as semifinalists through a random drawing after the contest ends on Nov. 21. From those 35 semifinalists, 25 third-place winners will be awarded a $50 gift card to both Robert Haack Diamonds and Pick ‘n Save.

The remaining 10 contestants will be named finalists and will receive the following: a Lambeau Leap instructional training from a Packers player in a classroom setting at Lambeau Field and a Lambeau Leap tryout during the week of Dec. 3. One grand-prize winner will be selected from the 10 finalists, while the other nine finalists will receive a jersey autographed by the Packers player providing the instructional training.

The grand-prize winner will receive four club seats and four VIP sideline passes for the Dec. 22 contest against the Steelers, a game ball, a Packers jersey with the winner’s name on the back and a one-night accommodation in Green Bay. Last year’s winner was Cory Uttech of Sheboygan, who did his Lambeau Leap at the Dec. 9, 2012, Packers-Lions game.

To sign up for the sweepstakes, visit jsonline.com/theleap, or enter by purchasing the weekly pre-designated item at participating Wisconsin Pick ‘n Save, Copps or Metro Market locations. When making the purchase, fans must present their ‘Fresh Perks’ card to be entered. If interested in entering without making a purchase at these stores, please ask for an entry form from the customer service desk.

Co-sponsor Robert Haack Diamonds also offers official entry forms at either of their two stores in Glendale and Milwaukee. Finally, Packers fans can enter online at jsonline.upickem.net/engine/YourSubmission.aspx?contestid=102972.

Contestants must be 18 years or older to enter. The contest will run through Nov. 21, 2013. Complete sweepstakes rules can be found online at jsonline.upickem.net/engine/Rules.aspx?contestid=102972.
