The Green Bay Packers have signed LB Robert Francois to the practice squad and released T Chris Campbell from the practice squad. The transactions were announced Thursday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

Francois, a 6-foot-2, 255-pound first-year player, spent time on Green Bay’s practice squad at the end of the 2009 season as well as earlier this season. He originally entered the NFL as a non-drafted free agent with the Minnesota Vikings in May 2009 out of Boston College. Francois will wear No. 49.
