Posted Jan 19, 2011

The Green Bay Packers have signed WR Antonio Robinson to the practice squad. The transaction was announced Wednesday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

Robinson, a 6-foot-1, 195-pound rookie out of Nicholls State, spent two weeks on Seattle’s practice squad this season. He entered the NFL in April 2010 as a non-drafted free agent with Chicago and was released by the Bears during training camp. Robinson will wear No. 17.

The Packers also placed S Anthony Levine on practice squad/injured.
