Packers, Wisconsin Lottery scratch-off games offer fans chance to win Packers Club Seats

Posted Jul 29, 2013

Tickets on sale now

The Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin Lottery on Monday announced details of this year’s Packers Wisconsin Lottery offering, three scratch-off games with a top prize of two Club Seat tickets to every Packers home game for five years, with the option to purchase those tickets thereafter.

Three different scratch-off tickets will be offered – a $1, $3 and $5 ticket, with the $5 ticket having a cash prize of up to $45,000.

The $1 "Winning Season" ticket, the $3 "Titletown Touchdown” ticket and the $5 "Green Bay Packers" ticket are available now throughout the state. Players who don't win instant cash prizes can mail in $5 worth of non-winning tickets from the three games for the special bonus drawing. The bonus drawing offers 48 Suite Experience prizes and 100 Packers Pro Shop gift card prizes and a grand prize of two Club Seat season tickets to all Packers home games for five years, with the option to buy those tickets thereafter. The drawing for the tickets will be held in March 2014.

Lottery director Mike Edmonds and Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy talked about the new games during a Monday news conference at Lambeau Field.

“We’re happy to be working with the Wisconsin Lottery for a fourth season of games,” said Murphy. “We’ve seen one of our fans win tickets to each of our away games, and this year, we’re excited that one lucky fan and a guest will join us at Lambeau Field for the next five seasons.”

Retailers were pleased with the new offering as well.

"We have 3,700 retailers across Wisconsin and 3,000 of them ordered all three of the Packers games without seeing them," Edmonds said. "All they had to hear was 'Packers' and they knew they'd be getting games their lottery customers would want."

This is the fourth time the Lottery and the Packers have worked together on a Packers-themed game. Wisconsin Lottery ticket revenues are returned to the state to help offset property taxes. Packers games thus far have generated nearly $4 million in property tax relief. Previous Packers games included cash prizes, club seats at Lambeau Field, away-game packages, suite prize packages and Packers Pro Shop gift cards.
