  • Sat., Apr. 26, 2014 8:00AM - 6:00PM CDT Packers Pro Shop Tent Sale

The sale is taking place earlier than in previous years, due to the construction at Lambeau Field and the work that the Pro Shop team must complete in preparation for the new store, which will open this summer. Visitors to Lambeau Field should enter the Atrium through the Oneida Nation Gate. Parking is available in the lot on Lambeau Field’s east side near the Oneida Nation Gate, which can be accessed off Oneida Street and Lombardi Avenue.

The sale will feature the traditional mix of Pro Shop items greatly reduced in price and other special purchases.

The team’s football operations staff also has provided Packers team apparel no longer in use, including a large assortment of t-shirts, shorts, jackets, jerseys and pants. Some items are practice-worn gear not normally available in the Pro Shop.

The tent sale began in 1994 in the parking lot outside the former Pro Shop on the north end of Lambeau Field and grew into a popular event. Now in its 11th year in the Atrium, the tent sale also was held in the west side stadium concourse in previous years.

Packers fans invited to Curly’s Pub grand reopening Saturday at Lambeau Field Atrium

Posted Jul 12, 2012

New menu introduced; alumni autographs, specials and kids’ activities planned

Curly’s Pub has reopened and invites the public to come to Lambeau Field Saturday to celebrate its exciting, new menu. Several giveaways and specials are planned for the day, and Packers alumni Bill Schroeder and Dexter McNabb will join in the festivities.

Under the new management of Delaware North Companies Sportservice, the pub in the Lambeau Field Atrium is now offering local favorites with a Packers twist. The global sports hospitality company was announced in April as the team’s new exclusive food and beverage partner at the stadium and has since worked to incorporate local, chef-inspired cuisine into its new menu at Curly’s.

Among the new additions are “The Lambeau Heap,” a one-pound BBQ bacon curd burger; “The Championship Rings,” composed of sweet colossal onions, breaded daily in-house; hand-breaded cheese curds; and the “Door County Turkey Burger,” which comes topped with Swiss cheese, caramelized onions and tomatoes.

Those with an adventurous appetite can test their belly skills with the “Fan vs. Food Combo.” Anyone who eats The Lambeau Heap, an order of fries and a milkshake will receive a T-shirt that reads “I survived the Lambeau Heap.”

“We’re eager for everyone in Green Bay to help us celebrate and taste some of the new menu items we’ve created,” said Charlie Millerwise, Sportservice’s general manager at Lambeau Field.

Curly’s reopened July 7 after being closed for two weeks to allow for the transition to Sportservice. The restaurant’s hours will continue to be 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to midnight Friday and Saturday.

Virginia Tech's Kyle Fuller started 42 games over four years before an injury forced him to miss a handful of games down the stretch in 2013. Also intercepted two passes each of the last three seasons. Injury kept him out of Senior Bowl workouts but was healthy enough to participate at the scouting combine and is projected to go as high as the middle of the first round.
