Packers promote Ledvina to Vice President of Human Resources

Posted Jan 21, 2014

The Green Bay Packers have promoted Nicole Ledvina to vice president of human resources, Packers President/CEO Mark Murphy announced Tuesday.

“Nicole has been a great asset to the Packers during her 10-plus years with the organization,” Murphy said. “She’s been a valuable member of our Leadership Team and Senior Staff for the last two years, and has shown tremendous growth during her time here. She’s highly respected throughout the entire organization.”

In addition to overseeing all human resource matters for the organization, she will continue to lead the strategic planning and staff development efforts, as well.

Ledvina, a native of Two Rivers, Wis., has been with the organization since 2003, most recently serving as the director of human resources.

Prior to joining the Packers, Ledvina held positions in human resources with Hoida Lumber in De Pere, Wis., and the city of Green Bay/Brown County joint HR department. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh in 1998 with a degree in human resources.
