Pro Shop tent sale set for Saturday, June 4

Posted May 26, 2011

Rare Packers team apparel available for purchase

The 18th annual Packers Pro Shop Tent Sale is set for Saturday, June 4 in the Lambeau Field Atrium from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

Fans should note this year’s sale is one day only. In previous years the sale has been a two-day event.

The sale will feature the traditional mix of Pro Shop items greatly reduced in price and other special purchases.

Once again, the team’s football operations staff has provided Packers team apparel no longer in use, including a large assortment of shoes, t-shirts, fleece tops and mesh shorts. Some items are practice-worn gear not normally available in the Pro Shop.

The tent sale began in 1994 in the parking lot outside the former Pro Shop on the north end of Lambeau Field and has grown every year. Now in its eighth year in the Atrium, the tent sale also was held in the west side stadium concourse in previous years.
