Key stat: Posted 12 sacks as a sophomore in 2012, second most in Notre Dame history for a single season, but that total fell to 7 ½ last year when he came into the season out of shape following hernia surgery.

Notable: Ranks tied for third in career sacks at Notre Dame with 21 ½ despite playing just three seasons, but was not allowed to work out at the scouting combine after the discovery of a fracture in his left foot, which required surgery.
