Key stat: Was credited with 38 total tackles in 2013, with more than one third of them – 13 – as tackles for loss. Also had eight sacks over his final two college seasons.

Notable: A first-team all-Big Ten pick last season, was a highly touted tight end coming out of high school who moved to defensive line during a redshirt first season at Minnesota.
