Key stat: Threw for at least 3,800 yards with at least 33 TD passes and no more than 13 interceptions in each of his three seasons as Clemson’s starting QB. Also improved his completion percentage each year from 59.7 in 2011 to 67.2 in 2012 to 68.5 in 2013.

Notable: Set career school records in all major passing categories and set Atlantic Coast Conference career touchdown records for passing TDs (107) and total TDs (133, including 26 rushing).
