Sherrod activated; Finley, Barrington to I.R.

The Green Bay Packers have activated T Derek Sherrod from reserve/physically unable to perform and placed LB Sam Barrington and TE Jermichael Finley on injured reserve. The transactions were announced Tuesday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

Finley played in six games with five starts this season and caught 25 passes for 300 yards (12.0 avg.) and three TDs. Barrington appeared in seven contests and recorded three tackles on special teams.
