Key stat: A three-year starter, finished his Crimson Tide career with 28.5 sacks, second in school history behind Pro Football Hall of Famer Derrick Thomas.

Notable: Won the Bednarik and Nagurski awards that recognize the nation’s best defensive player. Was projected as a top-five pick before the combine, but his draft stock has drawn questions due to arthritis being diagnosed in his shoulder.
