Presentation to focus on defining company culture

The Green Bay Packers Mentor-Protégé Program is set to host its next training camp session Jan. 24, at 8:30 a.m. in the Lambeau Field Atrium. The session will feature a presentation focusing on defining company culture and integrating it into an organization successfully from Phil Hauck.

Hauck has facilitated programs for CEOs and business leaders for 25 years, helping members improve their effectiveness, energize an organization and articulate a positive culture. Along with consultant Ken Utech, Hauck co-authored Recapturing the Growth Track: Correcting Leaders Disempower Behaviors. Hauck also facilitates a group of senior marketing/sales executives and from 2006-11, he was president of the Healthy Lifestyles Cooperative of Brown County.

Following the presentation, the event will allow for question-and-answer opportunities, as well as time for networking and informal discussion.

To register, please contact Anna Steinfest at or 920-217-6547 by Monday, Jan. 23. The Packers Mentor-Protégé Program was established to pair emerging companies in northeastern Wisconsin with established, knowledgeable, and committed companies that can provide exposure, training, resources and experience. The program places an emphasis on minority- or woman-owned small businesses, as well as veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned and disabled persons-owned companies, but other companies are also considered. The program aims to foster relationships between area companies and business professionals in order to spark economic development and job creation. The Packers work with AFF Research, LLC, to administer the program.
