The Green Bay Packers Mentor-Protégé Program is set to host its next training camp session May 24, at 8:30 a.m. The session will feature a presentation focusing on branding from Joan Malcheski, director of brand and marketing for the Green Bay Packers.
Malcheski’s presentation will explain how the Packers and many other organizations can be defined by their brand attributes and how branding impacts how a company markets themselves to various audiences. In her position, Malcheski leads a wide variety of team initiatives, developing and overseeing the various marketing, advertising and branding strategies for the Packers.
The event will take place in the south end of Lambeau Field. Attendees can enter at the Shopko Gate. Following the presentation, the event will allow for question-and-answer opportunities, as well as time for networking and informal discussion.

The Packers Mentor-Protégé Program was established to pair emerging companies in northeastern Wisconsin with established, knowledgeable, and committed companies that can provide exposure, training, resources and experience. The program places an emphasis on minority- or woman-owned small businesses, as well as veteran-owned, service-disabled veteran-owned and disabled persons-owned companies, but other companies are also considered. The program aims to foster relationships between area companies and business professionals in order to spark economic development and job creation. The Packers work with AFF Research, LLC, to administer the program.
