The Green Bay Packers' list of players submitted for the National Football League's veteran expansion pool was announced today by Executive Vice President/General Manager Ron Wolf.
It includes defensive end Reggie White, wide receiver Robert Brooks, offensive tackle Matt Willig, running back Michael Blair and kick returner Roell Preston.
The pool has been established to stock the Cleveland Browns, who re-enter the NFL in 1999 as an expansion franchise. Under NFL guidelines for the expansion draft, to be conducted February 9, the Browns will be entitled to select a total of 30 players - no more than two from any club's list.
