PACKERS' MOSLEY AND WATSON BATTLED IN WEEK 2 OF NFL EUROPE

Green Bay Packers' cornerback Denorse Mosley, allocated to the Scottish Claymores, and running back Edwin Watson, playing for the Berlin Thunder, met in the second weekend of NFL Europe action.

Mosley finished with 5 tackles, one behind team leader Steve Rosga, as the Claymores rained on the Thunders' home opener, 48-14. Watson, starting his second game for the Thunder, had 6 carries for 18 yards and caught 2 passes for 11 yards.

The win improved the Claymores' record to 2-0 on the season and tied them with the Barcelona Dragons for the top position in NFL Europe. The Thunder fell to 0-2.

For the second consecutive week, Packers quarterback Ronnie McAda, allocated to the Frankfurt Galaxy, did not play in the Galaxy's 17-13 loss to the Amsterdam Admirals.

Looking ahead to Week 3: Berlin, in search of its first win of the season, travels to Barcelona, 2-0, for a Saturday, May 1, matchup. The undefeated Claymores play host to Frankfurt, 1-1, on Sunday, May 2.
