NFL Europe enters its 10th and final week of regular season play with half the stage is set for the 1999 World Bowl. The Frankfurt Galaxy clinched the first spot in the postseason with a 32-19 win over the Berlin Thunder last weekend. The defending World Bowl Champion, Rhein Fire, needs to defeat the Thunder on Saturday and the Frankfurt Galaxy to beat the Barcelona Dragons on Sunday to secure the second spot.

The three members of the Green Bay Packers allocated to NFL Europe for the season -- Edwin Watson, Ronnie McAda and Denorse Mosley - have been eliminated from postseason play.

Watson, the starting running back for the Berlin Thunder, had 9 carries for 44 yards in the Thunder's 32-19 loss to the Galaxy. He is the teams' leading rusher with 108 carries for 464 yards, including 3 touchdowns, and league's fifth leading rusher. Watson has also tallied 7 catches for 64 yards this season.

Getting action in his fourth game since being re-allocated to Berlin, McAda completed 10 of 15 passes for 133 yards and threw his first touchdown in NFL Europe this past weekend. For the season, McAda, who plays behind starter Chris Dittoe, is 11 of 20 for 154 yards.

Mosley's one tackle for the Scottish Claymores in their 29-20 loss to the Amsterdam Admirals upped his team total to 20. He is second on the team with 2 interceptions, one behind the team leader Joey Eloms, and is also tied for second with 6 passes defensed. A contributor on special teams, Mosley has returned 4 kickoffs for 35 yards, an 8.8-yard average.
