In order to provide a more complete experience for their fans, the Green Bay Packers are introducing a new training camp fan package, Senior Vice President of Administration John Jones announced today.
The package will provide fans with a choice of two of the following three events: one admission to the Packers Experience, one admission to the Packer Hall of Fame or one Lambeau Field stadium tour admission. In addition to the choice of two training camp activities, the purchaser will receive a reserved seat at one Packers training camp practice session - either morning or afternoon - free of charge.
"Because of the many inquiries we received from fans around the state and country regarding training camp, we have created this package to make it easier and more enjoyable for them to come with their families to training camp," said Jones.
"Contrary to what has been written before, we are not selling reserved seats at training camp. A reserved seat at training camp is free to those who purchase the training camp fan package, which consists of two of the three training camp activities."
In addition to the reserved sections, general bleacher seating will now be available for the first time at Ray Nitschke Field and general seating also has been expanded at Clarke Hinkle Field. As in training camps past, these general seating areas will be available to fans on a first-come, first-served basis.
Jones also added, "While we are happy to make this reserved seat option available to fans, this option is void should practice be canceled, rescheduled or moved into the Don Hutson Center due to inclement weather."
Ticket Information
The training camp package begins on Friday, July 30, and ends on Friday, August 20. Tickets, which go on sale Wednesday, July 14, are $15 and can be purchased at the Packers ticket office, the Packer Hall of Fame or the Brown County Arena. They also can be purchased by telephone at 920/494-3401 or toll-free at 800/895-0071. On all phone orders, there will be a $2.50 service charge per fan package. Training camp reserved seats are good for one practice session only. Desired practice session (morning or afternoon) must be specified at time of purchase. A limited number of reserved seats are available at each practice.
