PACKERS DEACTIVATE VERBA, BOOKER, A.DAVIS, NEWELL FOR CARDINALS FINALE

In keeping with National Football League personnel rules, the Green Bay Packers have placed four players on inactive status for Sunday afternoon's game against the Arizona Cardinals.
Those deactivated include offensive tackle Ross Verba, defensive end Vaughn Booker, linebacker Anthony Davis and center/guard Mike Newell.
Four more players, one of which may be designated as the Third Quarterback, must be deactivated by 1-1/2 hours prior to Sunday's game in order to reach the 45-player, game-time roster limit.
