DUNLAP NAMED NFLEL SPECIAL TEAMS PLAYER OF THE WEEK NFL Press Release posted 04/24/01 NFL Europe League Special Teams Player of the Week honors went to Scottish Claymores linebacker London Dunlap, who single-handedly made opening day a misery for Galaxy punter Andrew Bayes and led his team to two touchdowns. Dunlap tackled Bayes at the Frankfurt six-yard mark as he attempted to punt on the Galaxy's opening drive, setting up the Claymores opening touchdown. In the third quarter the Green Bay Packers-allocated linebacker then recovered a blocked Bayes punt in the endzone for a touchdown that earned the Claymores a 24-7 lead. courtesy NFL
