NFC EASTERN DIVISION
Philadelphia has clinched NFC Eastern Division title.
NFC CENTRAL DIVISION
Chicago has clinched playoff berth. Chicago can clinch NFC Central Division title AND first-round bye with CHI win or tie, OR GB loss or tie. Chicago can clinch homefield advantage throughout NFC playoffs with CHI win + STL loss.
Green Bay has clinched playoff berth. Green Bay can clinch NFC Central Division title AND first-round bye with GB win + CHI loss.
Tampa Bay has clinched playoff berth.
NFC WESTERN DIVISION
St. Louis has clinched NFC Western Division title AND first round bye. St. Louis can clinch homefield advantage throughout playoffs with STL win or tie, OR CHI loss or tie.
San Francisco has clinched playoff berth.
AFC EASTERN DIVISION
New England has clinched playoff berth. New England can clinch AFC Eastern Division title with NE win, OR NE tie + MIA loss or tie, OR NYJ loss or tie + MIA loss. New England can clinch first-round bye with NE win + OAK loss, OR NE tie + MIA loss or tie + OAK loss or tie.
Miami has clinched playoff berth. Miami can clinch AFC Eastern Division title with MIA win + NE loss or tie, OR MIA tie + NE loss. Miami can clinch first-round bye with MIA win + NE loss or tie, OR MIA tie + NE loss + OAK loss or tie.
New York Jets can clinch playoff spot with NYJ win or tie, OR SEA loss or tie. New York Jets can clinch AFC Eastern Division title AND first-round bye with NYJ win + NE loss + MIA loss.
AFC CENTRAL DIVISION
Pittsburgh has clinched AFC Central Division title, first-round bye AND homefield advantage throughout playoffs.
Baltimore can clinch playoff spot with BAL win or tie, OR SEA loss or tie, OR NYJ loss.
AFC WESTERN DIVISION

Seattle can clinch playoff berth with SEA win + NYJ loss, OR SEA win + BAL loss.
Arizona, Atlanta, Buffalo, Carolina, Cincinnati, Cleveland, Dallas, Denver, Detroit, Indianapolis, Jacksonville, Kansas City, Minnesota, New York Giants, New Orleans, San Diego, Tennessee and Washington have been eliminated from playoff contention.
