For All-State Condideration:
1. To be considered for All-State, the player must be named to the All-Region Team. In order for a player to be named All-Region, the head coach must complete the nomination form, the player must be named to the All-Conference team, and the coach must give the form to the conference representative to take to the All-Region meeting. Each conference must have a representative present at the All-Region meeting.
2. The coaches at the All-Region meeting will determine which players are named to the All-Region team and will determine which players are be considered for All-State. This will be based on vote totals and the facts on the nomination form that were submitted. Copies are then made for distribution to the District Representatives for consideration at the All-State meeting.
3. At the All-State meeting, the District Representatives read each form forwarded by the seven Regions. They then vote for the players by position. All-State voting is done with 22 reps from throughout the state. |
