| Packers Hall Of Fame Grill Now Open At Lambeau Field Atrium
The Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame Grill, formerly Paparazzi Pizza, opened this week at the Lambeau Field Atrium. Featuring the rich history of the Green Bay Packers and exclusive treasures of the Hall of Fame, the restaurant offers a fun and unique dining experience. "We're thrilled to open the Hall of Fame Grill. It's a fantastic environment that allows us to offer a classic Packers theme to people coming to eat at the Lambeau Field Atrium," said Jay Supple, co-owner of Supple Restaurant Group, the Oshkosh-based company that also operates Frozen in Time, Fratello's Presto and the Meat Packing Company, three other Atrium Eateries. "Since launching our eateries here, we've been very pleased with our relationship with the Packers and the Lambeau Field Atrium. This new restaurant allows the Atrium to offer more football to Packers fans and other visitors." Among the most appealing features of the Hall of Fame Grill are the several display cases throughout the restaurant that contain Packers memorabilia, exhibited on a rotating basis, from all the team's eras. Items currently include a player contract from 1921, a leather helmet from the 30s, game programs from the 60s and game-worn shoes from current players, including Brett Favre. Classic Packers images adorn the walls. "We're excited to be able to offer the Hall of Fame Grill," said Steve Klegon, director of Atrium business development. "Since the Atrium opened and all of its elements have come on line, we've realized that our visitors want football, football and more football. It was a natural to tie-in with the Hall of Fame. The new Hall has been so well-received and now the restaurant allows fans to enjoy some of the Hall's great artifacts in a casual environment." "From the Hall of Fame's perspective, it's a great way to whet fans' appetites for what awaits downstairs in the Hall," said Michael Gage, president of the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame, Inc. "The display cases feature many pieces of memorabilia that have been donated by fans over the years. We appreciate those donations and the Hall of Fame Grill is a great way to exhibit them and encourage fans to support the Hall in that fashion." A revised menu features comfort food with classic selections, including chicken, steak and sandwiches. Patrons can choose from the Wild Card Wings, NFC Chicken Caesar Salad, Comeback Cheeseburger or the Strong Safety Grilled Salmon, among many other tasty options. Family-sized pizzas, prepared in a huge wood-burning oven, are offered as well. Great shakes and desserts round out the meal. Located in the Lambeau Field Atrium, the Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame Grill is open from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. on Friday and Saturday. Hours may vary on game days and holidays. For more information, call 920-965-3785. Supple Restaurant Group, headquartered in Oshkosh, is an award-winning restaurant operator.
