Sixth Annual 'Superbowl Of Safety' Coming To Lambeau Field Atrium

Bellin Health and the Green Bay Area Safe Kids Coalition are teaming up again for the 6th Annual Superbowl of Safety on Saturday, January 29, 2005. This free event will again be held in the Lambeau Field Atrium and is expected to draw more than 2,000 people of all ages.
KICKOFF
Kickoff begins with the 9:00 a.m. fly-in of the EAGLE III helicopter, which is owned and operated by County Rescue Services in partnership with both Bellin and St. Vincent Hospital. The flight team will be available until 11:00 a.m. to show off the chopper to children and parents. The Green Bay Fire Department will also have a fire truck and ambulance onsite for tours and education.
EXHIBITORS
More than 20 exhibitors will offer activities on health and safety. Highlights include a drive-through Safety Town, Bellin Health's challenging obstacle course, pets from the Bay Area Humane Society, a smoke tent and escape tunnel demonstration, a stuffed animal repair station, and ring buoy rescue lesson.
Choking Charlie returns again this year and will be joined by Sparky the Fire Pup, Buckle Bear, Clicket the Cricket, Louie the Lightning Bug, and The Crash Test Dummies - Vince and Larry.
ENTERTAINMENT
Randy Peterson will headline the main stage entertainment with two 50-minute performances at 10:00 a.m. and 1:00 p.m. The Bayport High School Safety Puppet Show will hit the stage at 9:00 a.m. and noon, and Bellin Sports Medicine's "Kids Aerobic Jam Session" from 11:00 a.m. to noon.
Early arrival is encouraged, as the first 2,000 children will walk away with a free Packers visor. All participants are invited to enter a drawing for one of two new bicycles, donated by Toys 'R Us.
