| Haws Named Packers' Special Events Corporate Sales Manager, Jansen Special Events Account Executive
The Green Bay Packers recently promoted Beth Haws to special events corporate sales manager and hired Wendy Jansen as special events account executive, the team announced. Haws, a Wisconsin native with more than 16 years of experience in the hospitality industry, oversees all sales and management of special events in Lambeau Field and the Lambeau Field Atrium. She first joined the organization in May 2003 as a special events sales manager in advance of the opening of the redeveloped Lambeau Field.
She previously worked for Hyatt Hotels for 12 years, most recently as senior sales manager with the Hyatt Regency in Milwaukee. She held the same position with the Hyatt Regency in Knoxville, Tenn., prior to moving to Milwaukee. Haws earned a B.S. degree from the University of Wisconsin-Oshkosh after graduating from Oshkosh North High School. Jansen has more than 10 years of experience in the hospitality industry and is responsible for markets involving social, association and community events. She joins the Packers after management positions at Ground Round Grill & Bar (general manager), Green Bay, and the Weidner Center for the Performing Arts (food and beverage manager) on the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay campus. She earned an associate's degree in hospitality management from Fox Valley Technical College after graduating from Oshkosh North High School. |
