PACKERS AIM TO STAY UNDEFEATED
Green Bay plays its second home game in six days as it hosts the Jacksonville Jaguars tonight...Green Bay recorded its second win of the preseason in convincing fashion Saturday night with a 48-13 victory over the visiting Seattle Seahawks...The Packers' 48 points marked the most points scored by Green Bay in a preseason game since Sept. 5, 1938, a span of 69 years; Head Coach Curly Lambeau and the Packers defeated the Cedar Rapids (Iowa) Crush, 75-0, in Ironwood, Mich. ...For the first time since 1999, the Packers begin the preseason 2-0...Both No. 1 units were clicking, as the defense combined to collect seven sacks, force six turnovers and score two touchdowns on fumble returns...Favre and the No. 1 offense rebounded from a slow start in Pittsburgh to score on three consecutive drives vs. Seattle...Packers fans around the country will get their first look at the 2007 team as the game tonight is televised to a national TV audience on FOX; At this time, the Packers are slated to make four appearances on national TV during the regular season...Jacksonville defeated Tampa Bay, 31-19, Saturday night to move its preseason record to 1-1...Jacksonville had previously dropped a game to the Dolphins in Miami, 18-17, the week before.

BISHOP'S CHARITIES GAME
-The Bishop's Charities Game was first played in 1961 after Vince Lombardi was approached by the Diocese of Green Bay about playing a charitable contest in Green Bay (the Shrine contest was a fixture in Milwaukee).

-For more than 30 years, the church handled much of the game's business-related tasks, including game program and advertising sales, using a network of volunteers covering 14 Northeastern Wisconsin counties. The Packers assumed many of those tasks in 1994.

-The series enjoys its 47th contest on Thursday and has raised approximately $3.25 million.

-The Packers are 24-21-1 all-time in the series and look to end a four-game losing streak in the annual contest.

GAME ACTIVITIES
-Carla Tripi will perform the Star Spangled Banner...Two Super Hornet F-18 Navy jets will fly over at the conclusion of the anthem... As part of the 'Operation Fan Mail' program - in which the Packers and Festival Foods recognize a military family at each home game - Lance Corporal Scott Kruchten is tonight's honoree...Kruchten is in attendance tonight along with his mother, stepfather and a fellow Marine. Kruchten was in Golf Company, part of the Chicago-based Marine Reserve 2nd Battalion, 24th Marine Regiment. They were stationed in Mahmudiyah, Iraq.

Today's officiating crew includes referee Walt Coleman (65), umpire Jeff Rice (44), head linesman Wayne Mackie (106), line judge Ron Phares (10), field judge Steve Zimmer (33), side judge Dave Wyant (16) and back judge Richard Reels (83).

As appointed by the PFWA, Mike Vandermause of the Green Bay Press-Gazette is the primary Lambeau Field pool reporter, and Tom Silverstein of the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel is the alternate.

4 BRETT FAVRE
-Has played in 239 straight games (257 including playoffs) and started 237 in a row (257 including playoffs), the NFL's record among quarterbacks. By starting the first four games of 2007, would surpass Mick Tinglehoff's stretch of 240 straight starts (1962-78), the second-longest recorded streak in NFL history. Only Jim Marshall (270, 1961-79) has been documented to have more consecutive starts.

-Needs six TD passes to match Dan Marino's NFL record, 420. Favre enters with 414.

-Needs one win to tie No. 1 John Elway (148-82-1, .643). Favre enters tied with No. 2 Dan Marino (147-93-0, .613) on the all-time quarterback wins list.

-Needs 136 passing attempts to break Dan Marino's career record, 8,358. Favre enters with 8,223.

-Needs 3,862 passing yards - or less than his totals in each of the past three seasons - to break Marino's record (61,361) for career passing yards. Favre enters 2007 with 57,500.

80 DONALD DRIVER
-Has a reception in 80 consecutive games, the franchise's second-longest streak behind Sterling Sharpe's 103 (1988-94).

-Could tie a franchise record with 1,000 yards in a fifth overall season. Only James Lofton and Sharpe have five 1,000-yard campaigns.

-Needs one TD reception to reach 30 career. In team history, only 11 previous players have reached the milestone, including Driver in '06.

76 CHAD CLIFTON
-Needs five starts for 100 career. Clifton enters with 95.

65 MARK TAUSCHER
-Needs seven games played and nine starts for 100. He enters with 93 games and 91 starts.

74 AARON KAMPMAN
-Needs one sack to become just the eighth player to record 30 in a Packers uniform. Kampman, who had five sacks over his last three games, enters with 29.

94 KABEER GBAJA-BIAMILA
-On Green Bay's all-time sacks list, needs four to match Reggie White's career record, 681/2. Gbaja-Biamila enters with 641/2.

56 NICK BARNETT
-Bids for a fifth consecutive 100-tackle season.

21 CHARLES WOODSON
-Carries into 2007 a streak of three games with an interception. With an INT in the season opener, would extend the stretch to four games, longest since John Symank in 1961. Irv Comp holds the team record, with five in 1943.
