Packers Fan Memories
![]() Read the 'Packers Fan Memories' archives or Submit your own favorite memory This Week's Photos Hey Packers fans, here's your chance to share with other fans from around the world your favorite memories of the Green and Gold! Each week, Packers.com will post a feature called 'Packers Fan Memories.' This week's edition includes a first time with the grandparents, a gift for a retiring school principal, and a green and gold house. ** I wanted to take our granddaughter Zoe some place special, so we took her to the Packer Partners Reception on August 3rd at Lambeau Field. She experienced her first tailgate party and had a great time meeting other PPCC members and posing for pictures with Grandma Aud.
Don -- Milwaukee I really wanted to go to Lambeau before Favre left. A friend got some tickets to last year's Lion's game. My wife had a mandatory Mardi Gras function Saturday night before the noon Packer's game. I got a rental car and hired my brother to drive me 5 hours to Atlanta at midnight to make a flight to the game vs. Detroit. He left 50 yard-line tickets, pre-game field passes, and his suite tickets for our group. It was awesome and the fans are great at Lambeau. The best 22 sports hours of my life.
Britton -- Fairhope, Alabama Family Night 2007 was a blast, especially for my 23 month old, Colby! He got a kick out of the wave at Lambeau and I got involved as well...this pic says it all!
Shawn -- South Jordan, Utah The greatest memory is seeing all the peoples' heads turn 3 or 4 times to take a look at my Green Bay Packers house in Kansas.
Travis -- Salina, Kansas I retired in 2004 as a school principal. My staff (knowing I was an avid Packers fan) gave me a wonderful gift that included a weekend in Green Bay. I got a full tour of Lambeau Field and a sideline pass to the Monday night game. Although the Packers lost to the Titans, I will never forget the wonderful experience.
