  • Rushed for a career-high 106 yards in ’08 season finale vs. Detroit (Dec. 28), and along with Ryan Grant, became only the second Packers running-back tandem since 1985 to each rush for 100 yards in the same game
  • Led the Packers in rushing through the first six games as a rookie in ’07 before a shoulder injury in the seventh game ended his season
  • Joined Brandon Jackson, selected five rounds earlier in the same draft, as just the second RB chosen by the Packers since 2002
  • Florida’s leading ground-gainer in 2005 and 2006, including its national championship season

Signed from the practice squad just the day before, provided key blitz pickup on Aaron Rodgers’ 45-yard TD pass to WR Greg Jennings when he blocked S Brian Russell coming up the middle. Also made a tackle on special teams
  • At Chicago (Dec. 22): Served as third-down back with Jackson inactive (wrist). Caught a slant for 7 yards in the fourth quarter, and then picked up 4 yards on carry on 4th-and-1 at the Chicago 9 on a drive that was capped off with a Mason Crosby field goal
  • Vs. Detroit (Dec. 28): Rushed for a career-high 106 yards on just seven carries (15.1 avg.). With his seven attempts, tied for the second-fewest carries needed to reach 100 yards in a game in team history. Took pitch from Rodgers 73 yards down the right sideline for a touchdown midway through the first quarter. The TD run was the longest of his career and the longest run by the Packers on the season. Along with Grant, became only the second Packers running-back tandem since 1985 to each rush for 100 yards in the same game

  • Playing in the season’s first seven games with four starts, was the team’s leading rusher with 50 carries for 203 yards and four touchdowns before a shoulder injury ended his season
  • Also had nine receptions for 73 yards
  • Left the Week 8 game at Denver (Oct. 29) with a shoulder injury after his first carry, on the first play of the second quarter, and was placed on IR the next day
  • Missed a handful of early training camp practices with a stomach virus, then suffered a quadriceps injury early in camp during an Aug. 7 night practice and missed the first three preseason games
  • Returned to practice Aug. 26 and played most of the preseason finale at Tennessee (Aug. 30), rushing for a team-high 54 yards on 21 carries to earn a roster spot
  • Vs. Philadelphia (Sept. 9): Served as the third-down back in NFL debut. Made his first NFL reception on third-and-10 in the third quarter, grabbing a short flip pass from Brett Favre and scampering 18 yards; the drive ended with a 37-yard Crosby field goal, tying the score 13-13. Also had one rush for 8 yards
  • At New York Giants (Sept. 16): Carried 10 times for 50 yards and two touchdowns, and caught two passes for 18 yards; also served as a kick returner (one return for 15 yards). Scored his first TD on a second-quarter draw play, bouncing off a defender as he crossed the goal line to give Green Bay a 7-0 lead. On his second score, made a cutback move off left tackle and burst ahead for a 38-yard TD, juking past one defender and stiff-arming another as he finished the run. Picked up 10 yards on a third-and-9 reception in the second quarter
  • At Minnesota (Sept. 30): Made his first career start, with Jackson inactive due to a shin injury; rushed 10 times for 20 yards and caught two balls for 10 yards
  • Vs. Chicago (Oct. 7): Had a game-high 78 rushing yards on 13 attempts, with one catch for 13 yards. On the Packers’ first drive, rushed four times for 59 yards and a TD; picked up 44 yards on a carry off right guard — the longest offensive play of the game — and finished the drive on a 2-yard, leaping score for his first TD at Lambeau and a 7-0 Green Bay lead. Added one reception for 13 yards. Missed parts of the game due to cramping
  • At Denver (Oct. 29): Left the game in the second quarter with a shoulder injury and did not return
