| Suite Policies |
| Non-Game Day Meetings |
All meetings must be booked at least five business days in advance.
- Hours of operation: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8:00 AM and 8:00 PM. All meetings scheduled during the evening hours require a food & beverage purchase.
- During the season, please avoid requesting meetings on the Thursday and Friday BEFORE a home game and Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday AFTER a home game due to game day preparation and clean up.
- We ask that the assigned coordinator from your suite have the following information available when booking a meeting:
- a. Date and time
- b. Number of people
- c. Special requests such as tables, chairs and/or audio visual needs
- Food and beverage is available through Levy Restaurants. Food and beverage may not be carried into the suite.
- Cancellation policy: We ask that you provide us with 48 hours notice if you are going to be canceling a scheduled meeting. After this deadline, any food or beverage items ordered will be charged to the suite account.

| Additional Suite Tickets |
Each suite holder at Lambeau Field has the opportunity to purchase additional suite tickets for any home game at Lambeau Field. The additional suite tickets for the 2009 season are $72.00 each.
Depending on the size of the suite, the number of tickets available to purchase varies. Champion suites may purchase four additional tickets, Legend suites may purchase five additional tickets and the Super suites may purchase six additional tickets.
Additional tickets may be purchased prior to the season with the initial invoice or anytime throughout the season, up until the Friday before the desired home game by contacting the Premium Seating Department at 920-569-7260. |

| Subleasing |
| If the suite holder of record does not plan to utilize their suite for a particular game, they must notify the Premium Seating Department in writing to seek approval. While it is not our intention to deny any of our clients the opportunity to sub-lease to another individual or corporation, we do ask that this request also includes the name of the individual or company who will be utilizing the suite as well as a game day contact for us to reach should an issue arise. We also would like to remind you that per the License Agreement, suites are not to be sold to a third party for more than face value. |

| Parking |
| Each suite is allotted a certain number of parking passes depending on the size of the suite. Parking in the Lambeau Field lot is for cars and standard size vans only. Those with a suite located on the west side will enter off of Ridge Road and those on the east side will enter off Lombardi Avenue. Once you enter the parking lot, there will be attendants to direct you where to go. Please display your parking pass at all times. |

| Smoking |
| Smoking is prohibited in Lambeau Field's suites, indoor and outdoor club seats and the Associated Bank Club Level. Guests wishing to smoke may utilize the smoking terraces located on the fourth floor of the east and west sides of the stadium. |

| Carry-Ins |
| As a general rule, please leave all unnecessary items at home to avoid being turned away at the gate. Items such as backpacks, duffel bags, umbrellas and food and beverage are prohibited from being brought into the stadium on game day. |
