Atrium

As part of the Lambeau Field redevelopment, the Lambeau Field Atrium was created to give Packers fans access to Lambeau Field 365 days per year. The atrium houses the Packers Hall of Fame, Packers Pro Shop and 1919 Kitchen & Tap. In addition, the Lambeau Field Atrium is available for private functions such as business meetings, conventions, holiday parties and wedding receptions.

Banners

Unauthorized commercial signage is not allowed anywhere within the stadium, including end zone walls or across from TV camera locations where the TV network would be forced to show signage.

Bus Route

On gameday, let the Green Bay Metro and Green Bay Packers be your ride to and from the game. Fans will be offered four free, efficient and convenient gameday bus routes for all Packers home games. The routes begin four hours before kickoff and run for approximately one hour following the game, leaving Lambeau Field every 30 minutes. Visit http://greenbaywi.gov/272/Game-Day-Routes for more details.

Please note that masks may be required to be worn due to COVID-19 protocols.

Cameras

Video cameras and still cameras with lenses over 12" are not allowed into the stadium. You are welcome to use your still photo camera (with lenses under 12") for your personal enjoyment. Commercial use of any audio or video recordings of the game is a violation of guidelines established by the National Football League.

Carry-In Policy & Security

Police officers are stationed at each entrance gate to ensure your safety while visiting Lambeau Field. You and your belongings may be searched upon entry into the stadium. If you elect not to consent to being searched, you will be denied entry. Please be aware that carry-in policies may be modified from game to game as security levels change, and items permitted into the stadium may be determined at the discretion of each officer.

Additional clothing, blankets, etc. are allowed if carried in loosely. Small cameras, binoculars and cell phones are acceptable if carried in loosely. For cold weather games, battery operated clothing is permitted. Traditional stadium seats with backs and seat pads are permitted as long as they do not exceed 18" wide and contain no pockets, zippers or concealable areas. Oversized seats and/or seats with arm rests or other attachments are not allowed.

Firearms and other weapons, coolers, strollers, wagons, umbrellas, obstructive banners and signs are all strictly prohibited, as are food & beverages, noisemakers of any kind, selfie sticks, video cameras and still photo cameras with lenses over 12".

Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or they will be confiscated and discarded.

Outlined below are the policies and guidelines for an approved clear bag that would be permitted into a stadium during an NFL game.

  • Bags that are clear plastic, vinyl or PVC and do not exceed 12" x 6" x 12" (30.5 x 15.25 x 30.5 cm). This includes clear backpacks, clear fanny packs and clear cinch bags that fit within the permissible dimensions.
  • No buckles, grommets/hardware or décor can be concealing any part of the bag.
  • One-gallon clear plastic freezer bag.
  • Logo can only be on one side of the bag.
  • Small, non-clear bags that do not exceed 4.5" x 6.5" (11.4 x 16.5 cm) in size, with or without a handle or strap can be taken into the stadium with an approved clear plastic bag.

All other bags that do not meet the bag guidelines above will be prohibited from entering any NFL stadium. Prohibited items must be returned to your vehicle or they will be confiscated and discarded.

For more information about the NFL Clear Bag Policy, visit https://www.nfl.com/legal/clear-bag-policy

Regarding Wisconsin's concealed carry law now in effect, the Packers, as occupant of Lambeau Field, will continue our no weapons policy and prohibit carrying firearms or other weapons on the property, including the parking lot.

Additionally, all fans entering Lambeau Field on gamedays will use walk-through metal detectors.

Unlike the screening machines at airports, guests are asked to not remove any jackets, belts, coins, keys, wallets, watches, or other objects of similar size. Guests will be asked to walk through the metal detector with their items.

Cashless Payment

Lambeau Field has transitioned to entirely cashless payment systems throughout the stadium on gamedays and non-gamedays. This transition affects food and beverage stands, the Packers Pro Shop, the ticket office, 1919 Kitchen and Tap, the Packers Hall of Fame and Stadium Tours and other points of sale throughout the building.

All Packers-operated businesses at Titletown (46 Below, The Turn, Ariens Hill) also are now cashless. Private businesses at Titletown, including Lodge Kohler, Hinterland and Bellin Health, will not be affected by this change.

Fans should note that parking on gamedays will be cashless. Cost is $50.

Changing to cashless will allow for increased efficiency and transaction speeds, shorter lines and less contact between guests and staff.

Fans, guests, and visitors can use traditional credit/debit card payment methods, as well as a variety of contactless payment solutions such as Mastercard Nearby Mobile App, Apple Pay, Google Pay and tap-and-go credit cards. More mobile payment solutions will be introduced in future seasons. Checks will not be accepted.

Those who do not use credit or bank cards may use free cash-to-card conversion stations, which issue payment cards that can be used at Lambeau Field, as well as at other retailers, restaurants, and businesses outside the stadium where Mastercard is accepted. Fans can load between $5 and $500 on the cards and funds will be available to users for five years from the last date money was loaded on the card. Conversion stations will be available at various locations at Lambeau Field and Titletown on gamedays and in the Atrium on non-gamedays.

Cash-to-Card Conversion (Reverse ATM) locations:

American Family Insurance Gate lobby, Atrium floor and Titletown (inside 46 Below).

ATM locationsGeneral Seating: American Family Gate lobby, Atrium floor, 3rd floor east concourse inside the US Cellular Loft and Gameday store. Premium Seating areas: 4th floor east concierge desk and 4th and 6th floor indoor club seats. ATMs are also located on levels 4 and 7 of the South End and inside the Johnsonville Tailgate Village. Refer to the back of your card for reverse ATM terms and conditions. For balance inquiries, visit rcbalance.com.

Charging Stations

Mobile charging stations are located in the Atrium behind the elevators and inside the Johnsonville Tailgate Village. Premium area charging stations are located near the level 4 east concierge desk next to the ATM and level 4 indoor club seats at section 480. In addition there are multiple charging stations available to all ticketed guests (including battery pack check out) inside the UScellular Loft located on level 3 of the Atrium.

Children

All individuals, regardless of age (babies included), must have a ticket to enter Lambeau Field on gameday. If you and your child become separated, please contact the nearest security personnel. While we understand that other venues may have different ticket policies for children, the unique seating area inside Lambeau Field, with its bleachers and tighter configurations common in 1957 when it was constructed, make it necessary to have our policy. Even a small child on a lap would make a row impassable for other patrons to efficiently and safely get to and from their seats during the course of a game. We thank you for your understanding.

In an effort to prevent or reduce the chances of a lost child (or person of any age), we offer a Lost Person Prevention program. Upon registration, a coded wristband will be issued which will include seat and contact information. Guests with tickets in the general bowl may register with Guest Services in Atrium, Fan Assistance section 109 (level 1 concourse) and Fan Assistance section 353 (level 3 concourse). Suite and club guests may register at the concierge desks. Onsite law enforcement, Packers Security staff and stadium personnel wearing red can provide assistance.

Some helpful safety tips to help prevent a lost child (or person of any age): designate a meeting point, discuss different scenarios & how to seek help, keep a recent photo of child/person on your smartphone, and make sure they know full names & phone numbers. As another suggestion, we recommend having contact information on a card or paper that can be kept in their pocket.

Concealed Carry Law In Wisconsin

Regarding Wisconsin's concealed carry law, the Packers, as occupant of Lambeau Field, will continue our no weapons policy and prohibit carrying firearms or other weapons on the property, including the parking lot.

Concessions

The below information is used for a typical home game.

A wide variety of refreshments are available from concession stands, portables and vendors throughout the stadium. Most locations at Lambeau Field are staffed by volunteers working to raise money for their favorite non-profit organization. A portion of every dollar you spend toward concessions goes to support these worthwhile local organizations.

Designated Driver Program

Responsible consumption of alcohol is a priority of the Green Bay Packers & Miller Brewing Co. Therefore, we have implemented a Designated Driver program to offer sensible alternatives and educate our guests of the dangers of drinking and driving. Sign up has changed this year and guests may register online at the following link - https://teamcoalition.org/sweepstakes/nfl/green-bay-packers-registration/

or guests may scan the QR code displayed at the Atrium Guest Services desk, Fan Assistance 109, section 112 on level 1 lower concourse, Fan Assistance 353 on level 3 upper concourse, and on level 6 and 7 of the south end zone near the escalators. Suite and club seat guests may find the QR code displayed at the concierge desks. Upon registering, guests will have the opportunity to win a Packers autographed mini helmet or item sponsored by Miller Lite. All participants are automatically entered into the Responsibility Has Its Rewards Sweepstakes for a chance to win a trip to the Pro Bowl – sponsored by the NFL and TEAM Coalition.

Sign-up for the designated driver program ends at the end of the first quarter. For a list of the 2023 Designated Driver of the Game winners, please click on this link: View winners.

Drinking Water

Two drinking fountains can be found in the Lambeau Field Atrium. The main outdoor concourses at Lambeau Field do not feature drinking fountains because of our cold climate and the likelihood of frozen pipes. Bottled water is available for purchase at many of the concession stands located in the concourse, and cups of tap water are available upon request at the US Cellular Loft bar on 3rd floor and at the Bar & Grill bar at section 354.

Drop Off Zone

Due to the traffic congestion around the stadium we suggest dropping off your passengers on the corner of Shadow Ln and Frank St, there is a convenient sidewalk and Police are there to assist you crossing the street into the Lambeau Field parking lot. Please respect any posted time limitations and heed the instructions from officers directing traffic flow in and out of the area. As this area will be very congested in the immediate hour(s) after the game, it will not be designated as a post-game pick up zone. Drivers should arrange to meet their passengers at an alternate location after the game.

Eateries

During Packers training camp, game days, and special events, fans can enjoy a great range of grab-n-go lunch and dinner selections in the Lambeau Field Atrium.

Brew Pub Pizza – the official pizza of the Green Bay Packers.

Meat Packing Company: A restaurant concept developed exclusively for Lambeau Field, burgers, giant bratwursts, and delicious cheese curds are featured on the menu.

Emergency Phone Numbers & Paging Policy

To contact someone during a game in the event of an emergency, please call the stadium security office at (920) 569-7400. Security personnel will be on hand to assist you. If you are anticipating an emergency phone call, please report your name and seat locations by calling the phone number above. Paging within the stadium is reserved only for extreme emergencies.

Emergency Evacuation

In the unlikely event an emergency situation would require the stadium to be evacuated, instructions will be relayed via the public address system. If such circumstances arise, please remain calm and follow any instructions as they are given.

Food & Beverage Concessions

A wide variety of refreshments are available from concession booths, kiosks, and vendors throughout the stadium. Alcohol cannot be brought into or out of the stadium. The sale of beer is limited to two per customer, per purchase. Most vendors and staff running the concessions at Lambeau Field are volunteers working to raise money for their favorite non-profit organization. A portion of every dollar you spend toward concessions goes to support these worthwhile local organizations.

Gate Entry

All stadium gates open two hours prior to kickoff and are accessible to guests with disabilities. For easier access, guests with seats in the South End (i.e. section numbers ending with the letter "s") should enter through the Invisalign Gate on the south side of the stadium. Guests sitting elsewhere in the stadium are encouraged to use the gate suggested on their ticket for the most direct route to their seats.

Special Exceptions Gate - All gates are accessible and able to assist any guests with special needs. If you should require a more private and discreet screening, please visit the Special Exceptions Gate. It is located on the northeast side of the stadium near the Ticket Office.

The shuttle carts begin operating 3 hours prior to kickoff and continue until approximately 45 minutes after the end of the game. Because there are no dedicated driving lanes, the carts circulate around the outer perimeter of the main stadium lots and will drop off/pickup guests to/from the nearest gate entrance.

Hall of Fame

The Green Bay Packers Hall of Fame is conveniently located on the main floor of the Lambeau Field Atrium, across from 1919 Kitchen & Tap. A tribute to the greatest story in sports, the facility uses the latest technology, enhanced interactive displays and a treasure trove of artifacts to educate and inspire visitors about the rich history of the Packers, as well as the teams of today.

The Hall of Fame also displays trophies from the Packers' 13 world championships, including four Lombardi trophies, as well as the hall's most popular exhibit: a replica of Vince Lombardi's office. The exciting and historical galleries appeal to visitors of all ages.

Lost Person Prevention Program

In an effort to prevent or reduce the chances of a lost child (or person of any age), we offer a Lost Person Prevention program. Upon registration, a coded wristband will be issued which will include seat and contact information. Guests with tickets in the general bowl may register with Guest Services in Atrium, Fan Assistance section 109 (level 1 concourse) and Fan Assistance section 353 (level 3 concourse). Suite and club guests may register at the concierge desks. Onsite law enforcement, Packers Security staff and stadium personnel wearing red can provide assistance.

On gamedays, lost and found items can be turned in or reported to one of the Fan Assistance booths located underneath section 109 on the main concourse (level 1), underneath section 353 on the upper concourse (level 3) or to any gameday employee wearing red. If you elect not to consent to being searched, you will be denied entry. Please be aware that carry-in policies may be modified from game to game as security levels change, and items permitted into the stadium may be determined at the discretion of each officer.

Scoreboard/TundraVision

Small Children

All individuals, regardless of age (babies included), must have a ticket to enter Lambeau Field on gameday. If you and your child become separated, please contact the nearest security personnel. While we understand that other venues may have different ticket policies for children, the unique seating area inside Lambeau Field, with its bleachers and tighter configurations common in 1957 when it was constructed, make it necessary to have our policy. Even a small child on a lap would make a row impassable for other patrons to efficiently and safely get to and from their seats during the course of a game. We thank you for your understanding.

Smoking Policy

Lambeau Field is a smoke-free facility as required by Wisconsin State Law. This includes the Lambeau Field Atrium, stadium bowl and concourses. There are no designated smoking areas inside Lambeau Field, nor is exit and re-entry permitted for smoking. This policy also applies to smokeless and electronic cigarettes – they are not permitted. Guests who fail to comply with this policy may be ejected or subject to a fine.

Solicitation Policy

It has been a longstanding Packers policy that no unauthorized solicitations or collections may take place on Packers-operated property, including Lambeau Field and Packers parking lots. While the Packers have a tradition of partnering with worthy causes for gameday collections during the season, such collections are the only authorized collections that may take place. These collections include Coats for Kids, Toys for Tots and the Packers Women's Association Food Drive. Any other collections or solicitations in Packers-operated parking lots are unauthorized and are prohibited, as they interfere with our goal of providing an excellent gameday experience. Thank you for your cooperation by not seeking donations or selling items in Packers-operated parking lots.

Stadium Gates

All stadium gates will open two hours prior to kickoff and are accessible to guests with disabilities.

Stadium Tours

Tours are not available on the day of a home game. Stadium tours are available on a first-come, first-served basis for each day's available tours.

Tailgating

Tailgating is allowed in Lambeau Field lots, but not in Titletown lots. If tailgating in a Lambeau Field lot, your tailgating set-up must be contained within the 9x6 foot space directly behind your parked vehicle to allow adequate room for vehicular and pedestrian traffic. No recreational wood fires are allowed, nor are turkey fryers. Grill cooking with charcoal or propane gas is permitted. Grills must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult and be fully extinguished before being left unattended. Separate containers are available in the lots for hot coals, recyclable items and trash. The Fan Code of Conduct applies to all individuals tailgating in any Lambeau Field parking lot. Tailgating setup must be broken down before leaving your vehicle. Tailgating is not permitted after kickoff.

Tickets

Fans are required to carry their tickets with them at all times. Anyone that is unable to produce a valid ticket when asked will be ejected from the stadium.

Transportation

Bus Route: On gameday, let the Green Bay Metro and Green Bay Packers be your ride to and from the game. Fans will be offered four free, efficient and convenient gameday bus routes for all Packers home games. The routes begin four hours before kickoff and run for approximately one hour following the game, leaving Lambeau Field every 30 minutes. Further details and gameday route information is available here: Bus Route Information. Lamers also offers a fee-based service from several areas in the Greater Green Bay area, as well as other cities in Wisconsin and Michigan's Upper Peninsula.

Ride Share Opportunities: We recommend you exit one of the main gates on the east and south side of the stadium (American Family, Oneida Nation, Invisalign). Your driver will meet you at the corner of Mike McCarthy Way and Holmgren Way. Rideshare map.

Wheelchairs

At Lambeau Field, all gates, Atrium businesses, concourses, restrooms and all non-seating areas in the stadium are fully accessible to all fans, including those who use wheelchairs. Fans who wish to view a game while seated in a wheelchair, however, require Wheelchair/Companion tickets. For more information on obtaining Wheelchair and Companion tickets, please contact the Packers Ticket Office at (920) 569-7501 prior to the game. Those who utilize a wheelchair to maneuver the concourse but are able to view the game from a standard stadium seat can store their wheelchair at one of the two Fan Assistance booths located underneath Section 109 in the main concourse and underneath Section 353 in the upper concourse. Premium Seating Guests can be directed to their concierge desks. Wheelchair transport is available for guests who need assistance travelling from the gate to their section. We are unable to pick up/drop off in the parking lot or in a specific row/seat. Please ask a Guest Services representative wearing red or visit one of the Fan Assistance booths located underneath Section 109 in the main concourse and Section 353 in the upper concourse, and at the Atrium Guest Relations desk.
