Lambeau Field is preparing for Saturday's Divisional Round playoff game, set to kick off at 3:35 p.m. CT. The game is presented by American Family Insurance.
Saturday's game is the first time ticketed fans will be in the stands this season, with approximately 6,500 tickets that were available to Season Ticket Holders who opted in for the chance to get tickets. All tickets are mobile and they are not able to be sold or transferred. A screen shot of a mobile ticket will not be valid for entry. Additional guests will include invited frontline healthcare workers and first responders, and league-mandated allotment of visiting team guests.
Fans attending the game are reminded they must follow all COVID-19 protocols, including remaining within their socially distanced pod of seats unless using the restroom or purchasing food or beverages and wearing face coverings at all times. Those who purchased tickets are required to self-screen for COVID-19 symptoms prior to the game. Fans who are feeling ill, have a member of their household who is ill (or under quarantine), or those who have recently been in contact with anyone who has tested positive for COVID-19 are asked not to attend.
Fans should note that this year, no clear bags, purses or carry-in items will be permitted into the stadium, including seat backs or clear bags that have been allowed in the past. A small clutch purse for personal belongings is allowed, but it must not exceed 4.5'' x 6.5'' in size.
Lambeau Field parking lots, which will be open to ticket holders who purchased a mobile parking pass along with their tickets through Ticketmaster, open two hours prior to kickoff at 1:35 p.m. Fans are reminded that tailgating in the Lambeau Field parking lots will not be permitted on Saturday. Security staff will be monitoring the lots to ensure that game attendees make their way to the gates soon after arrival.
Gates to the stadium also open at 1:35 p.m., and attendees are asked to enter through the gate listed on their ticket to allow for safe, efficient entry for everyone. Fans entering the gates on Saturday will receive free Bellin Health face masks, while supplies last. Fans should expect to see staff members and signage throughout the stadium reminding fans to wear their masks and to stay socially distanced while entering, exiting and standing in line for concessions. Fans will also be asked to follow one-way traffic signs in the concourse. Hand sanitizer stations will be available throughout the concourses and enhanced cleaning measures during the game will be in place.
The Lambeau Field Atrium, including the Packers Pro Shop and 1919 Kitchen & Tap, will open to ticketed guests only beginning at 1:35. The Packers Hall of Fame and the Johnsonville Tailgate Village will not be open on Saturday.
Due to the crowd size, game attendees should expect a more limited menu of concession items than they'd find at a typical game, with fewer open concession stand locations. Fans are asked to use the concession stands on the 100 level of the concourse as more variety and options will be available. Traditional stadium favorites such as brats, hot dogs, pizza, pretzels and chili will be available at the walk-up concession stands, along with packaged beverages and hot beverages. The new grab-and-go stands, many of which are new to fans this season, will also be open in five locations throughout the stadium with different hot food options such as BBQ, chicken tenders, cheese curds and fries, as well as packaged snacks and bottled beverages.
To protect fans purchasing food on gameday, Delaware North has added social distancing measures at points of sale and replaced normal condiment stands with single-use packets. Additionally, no vendors will be selling concessions in the stadium bowl.
Fans are also reminded that Lambeau Field is entirely cashless, with credit/debit card payment methods as well as contactless payment solutions. Those who do not use credit or bank cards may use free cash-to-card conversion stations, which issue payment cards that can be used at Lambeau Field, as well as at other retailers, restaurants and businesses outside the stadium where MasterCard is accepted. Fans can load between $5 and $500 on the cards, and funds will be available to users for five years from the last date money was loaded on the card. Conversion stations will be available at sections 116, 319, 326, 642, 750 and in the Lambeau Field Atrium.
