The Green Bay Packers activated WR Trevor Davis from reserve/injured. The transaction was announced Thursday by General Manager Brian Gutekunst.
Davis, a 6-foot-1, 188-pound third-year player out of the University of California, was placed on injured reserve on Sept. 11. The former fifth-round pick has played in 27 regular-season games and two postseason contests for the Packers. Davis was one of only three players in the league (Pharoh Cooper and Andre Roberts) to rank in the top 10 in the NFL in both punt-return average (No. 2, 12.2 yards) and kickoff-return average (No. 9, 22.7 yards) from 2016-17.
