The Green Bay Packers have signed TE Mitchell Henry to the practice squad and released TE Blake Annen from the practice squad. The transactions were announced Friday by Executive Vice President, General Manager and Director of Football Operations Ted Thompson.

Henry, a 6-foot-4, 252-pound rookie out of Western Kentucky, was originally signed by the Packers as a non-drafted free agent on May 8, 2015. After being released by Green Bay on Sept. 5, he was claimed off of waivers by the Denver Broncos on Sept. 6. He spent the first five weeks of the season with the Broncos and appeared in two games before being released on Oct. 14. Henry will wear No. 85 for the Packers.
