The Green Bay Packers' Board of Directors held its quarterly meeting Tuesday at the Lambeau Field Atrium.

The meeting consisted of a number of regular committee reports, as well as a football operations report from Packers General Manager Ted Thompson.

In addition, the organization's CEO search committee, headed by Peter Platten, updated the Board on the search process.

"We were pleased to be able to report that we're making good progress in the search for the organization's new president and CEO," said Platten. "We also informed the Board that we are being very sensitive to the confidential nature of the search with respect to some of the candidates. Out of respect to the process, we will not be sharing names with the Board, nor making them public."

The organization's search committee consists of six members of the team's Executive Committee - Platten, John Bergstrom, John Fabry, Carl Kuehne, Ed Martin and Larry Weyers - as well as five other members of the Board of Directors: Dan Ariens, Jim Christensen, Bob Gallagher, Jack Meng and Stephanie Streeter. Team Chairman Bob Harlan and former team treasurer John Underwood serve as consultants to the search committee.
