The Green Bay Packers and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel are offering fans the chance to do the Lambeau Leap during the Dec. 28 game against the Detroit Lions through the "Ultimate Leap Sweepstakes," presented by Pick 'n Save.
Thirty-five winners will be chosen as semifinalists through a random drawing after the contest ends on Nov. 9. From those 35 semifinalists, 25 third-place winners will be awarded a $50 gift card to the Packers Pro Shop.
The remaining 10 contestants will be named finalists and will receive the following: a Lambeau Leap instructional training from a Packers player in a classroom setting at Lambeau Field and a Lambeau Leap tryout during the week of Dec. 14. One grand-prize winner will be selected from the 10 finalists, while the other nine finalists will receive a jersey autographed by the Packers player providing the instructional training.
The grand-prize winner will receive four club seats and four VIP sideline passes for the Dec. 28 contest against the Lions, a game ball, a Packers jersey with the winner's name on the back and a one-night accommodation in Green Bay. Last year's winner was Scott Kruse of Grafton, Wis., who made his Lambeau Leap during halftime of the Packers-Steelers game on Dec. 22.
