Pizza, Ice Cream, Retail Shop Top Off Atrium Line-up

The Lambeau Field Atrium's final line-up is now set. The Green Bay Packers announced Thursday that Paparazzi Pizzeria, Frozen in Time Ice Cream Shop and the Packers Pro Shop Extra Points store will open this fall to complete the offerings in the Atrium.

"With the additions of the two restaurants and the retail store we feel we've accomplished a major goal in creating a destination point that will be enjoyed by Packers fans and others from around the world," said Packers President & CEO Bob Harlan. "Our goal all along has been to create a fan friendly and family friendly atmosphere. We think we've been able to do that with the mix of attractions we've brought to the Atrium."

Paparazzi Pizzeria and Frozen in Time Ice Cream Shop will be operated by the Supple Restaurant Group, the Oshkosh-based company that also operates Fratello's Presto and the Meat Packing Company, two of the Lambeau Field Atrium Eateries. "It's great to be able to expand our partnership with the Green Bay Packers and to serve Packers fans and others with more great food choices," said Jay Supple, co-owner of the Supple Restaurant Group. "Like Fratello's and Meat Packing Company, we plan to offer great food and great service that brings people back for more."

Paparazzi Pizzeria will be the perfect place for families and friends to celebrate the tradition of Lambeau Field amid a myriad of paparazzi photos that puts the guests at center stage. Paparazzi Pizzeria will feature family-sized pizzas made in a huge display stone-fired pizza oven along with a fabulous selection of fresh pastas. Guests can also stop by for an appetizer or a drink while relaxing in the European ambiance of the sidewalk café.

Frozen in Time Ice Cream Shop will create an old-time ice cream parlor atmosphere that will take guests back to the 1950s, serving a popular local favorite, Breyers(r) Ice Cream. The menu of tempting sweet treats includes S'more Sundae, Mocha Parfait and other tantalizing ice cream delights.

"We want to create a unique, friendly setting that people will want to tell their friends about," said John Supple, co-owner of the Supple Restaurant Group. "What could be better than pizza, ice cream and the Green Bay Packers, all in one location?"

Paparazzi Pizzeria and Frozen in Time Ice Cream will be serving lunch and dinner year-round on the main floor of the Atrium between the Miller Brewing Company and Oneida Nation gate entrances.

The Packers Pro Shop Extra Points store is an extension of the highly-successful Packers Pro Shop. Extra Points will offer a full line of Curly's Pub, Packers Hall of Fame and other logo wear, as well as framed and unframed Vern Biever Packers photos and other merchandise.

"It's really amazing to have now reached this point in this wonderful project," said John Jones, Packers Executive Vice President & COO. "We're really beginning to see the impact of the Atrium with tremendous sales in the Pro Shop and the great response to the Eateries. We're looking forward to this fall when everything is up and running and people can enjoy the Packers experience like never before."

The pizza parlor, ice cream shop and Extra Points store are expected to open November 1, 2003.
