NELSON BREAKS FREE FOR 76-YARD TD
With the score tied at 10 in the second quarter and the Packers facing third-and-6, WR Jordy Nelson ran a quick slant and QB Aaron Rodgers fired a pass right past LB Chad Greenway's head that Nelson snagged. He made one move and was off to the races for a 76-yard TD that put the Packers ahead for good.
HYDE TAKES PUNT TO THE HOUSE
Barely two minutes after Nelson's big play, rookie CB Micah Hyde fielded a Minnesota punt at the Green Bay 7-yard line, got upfield in a hurry, cut to his left and was in the clear with only the punter to beat. Hyde went 93 yards in all, tying him for the fourth-longest punt-return TD in team history.
STARKS BURSTS UP MIDDLE FOR 25-YARD TD
Entering the game in relief of RB Eddie Lacy late in the third quarter, RB James Starks cranked out back-to-back runs of 11 yards before bursting through a hole up the middle for a 25-yard TD that extended the Packers' lead to 38-17. Starks finished with 57 yards on just seven carries, as he and Lacy (29 carries, 94 yards) combined for 151 yards on the ground.
