Hired on March 17, 2022, Quinshon Odom begins his first season as a coaching assistant through the Packers' minority coaching fellowship program, a full-time position for young and aspiring minority coaches. He previously worked in Green Bay's player personnel department during the 2018 season. Odom spent last season as an offensive line graduate assistant at the University of Texas.

In his lone season at Texas, the Longhorns' offensive line helped clear holes for RB Bijan Robinson, who led the team with 1,127 yards and 11 TDs on his way to earning first-team All-Big 12 honors from the media and coaches. Texas finished No. 2 in the Big 12 with an average of 199.3 rushing yards per game, and the line also helped protect QB Casey Thompson, who led the Big 12 with 24 TD passes on the season. OL Derek Kerstetter earned first-team All-Big 12 recognition from the league's coaches for his performance in 2021.

Prior to joining the Longhorns, Odom assisted with the Buffalo Bills' running backs during their 2021 training camp as part of a Bill Walsh Diversity Coach Fellowship.

Around his time with the Packers, Odom coached at Vanderbilt, first as an offensive graduate assistant in 2016-17 and then as an offensive quality control coach in 2019-20. At Vanderbilt, Odom assisted in the development of current Tampa Bay Buccaneers RB Ke'Shawn Vaughn, who led the Commodores with 1,028 rushing yards and nine TDs on 198 carries (5.2 avg.) in 2019.

In 2015, Odom began his coaching career as an intern for the Eastern Kentucky football team.

Odom played quarterback at Shaw University (N.C.) from 2010-13, helping the Bears to a Central Intercollegiate Athletic Association title as a freshman. A team captain, Odom also was selected to the CIAA All-Academic Team in 2010 and served as the president of Shaw's student-athlete advisory committee during his senior year.

Born Aug. 22, 1991, in Lakeland, Fla., Odom earned a bachelor's degree in communications and journalism from Shaw in 2014. He also completed postgraduate degrees in sports management from Florida State in 2015 and liberal arts and science from Vanderbilt in 2017. Odom resides in Green Bay, Wis.
