GREEN BAY PACKERS DUBLIN HUDDLE GIVEAWAY TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Please read these Terms and Conditions (the "Official Rules") carefully. By participating in the Green Bay Dublin Huddle Giveaway (the "Promotion"), you confirm that you agree to be bound by these Official Rules.

1. Promoter: Green Bay Packers, whose registered address is at 1265 Lombardi Avenue, Green Bay, WI 54304, United States (the "Green Bay Packers" or "Promoter"). The Promoter is responsible for the operation of this Promotion.
2. Entry Period: The Promotion is open between 6:00 p.m. IST on September 27, 2025 and 9:30 p.m. IST on September 27, 2025 (the "Entry Period").
3. Eligible Participants: This Promotion is open to natural persons in Ireland who are 18 years of age or older ("Eligible Participant"). By participating in the Promotion, you confirm that you are an Eligible Participant. The Promotor may require you to provide evidence that you are an Eligible Participant.

Not eligible to participate or win are: (i) Employees, officers, directors, agents and representatives of the Promoter the National Football League, its member professional football clubs, NFL Properties Europe GmbH, NFL Enterprises LLC, NFL Properties LLC, NFL Ventures, Inc., NFL Ventures, L.P., NFL International LLC, NFL International Limited, NFL Productions LLC and each of their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, and all of their sponsors, licensees, wholesalers, retailers, distributors, suppliers, advertising and promotion agencies; (ii) anyone else professionally involved or associated with the Promotion (each of the parties referred to in (i) and (ii) shall be considered a "Released Party", and together the "Released Parties"); and (iii) each such individual's immediate family members (i.e. mother, father, sister, brother, child, husband, wife and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and those living in their same households, whether or not related.

4. How to Enter: To receive one (1) entry during the Entry Period, scan the bar code at the Packers Huddle event at Sinnotts Bar, King Street South, Dublin, Ireland (the "Event Venue") with your phone.

There is no charge nor purchase necessary to participate in the Promotion. If you choose to participate in the Promotion using your mobile phone, your standard data fees may apply. See your wireless/network provider for further details.

The Promotor will not accept responsibility for entries that are corrupted, not successfully completed or transmitted, lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit - regardless of cause, including as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, website, computer hardware or software failure of any kind).

5. Limits on Entries: Only entries submitted by Eligible Participants and received by the Promoter in the Entry Period will be considered eligible entries. A limit of one (1) entry per person applies to this Promotion. Eligible Participants who attempt to enter more than one (1) entry or who try to circumvent this rule by use of multiple email addresses, phone numbers and/or mailing addresses, identities, registrations and logins, or any other methods and/or the manipulation of such information, for the purpose of obtaining more than the stated number of entries, will be disqualified, all of their entries will be deemed invalid and any Prize (as defined below) won shall be forfeited. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups or third parties will not be accepted. Entry requests generated by script, macro or other automated or improper means are void.
6. Disqualification: The Promoter also reserves the right to disqualify you if your conduct is in breach of these Official Rules any applicable laws, any terms and conditions and/or policies referred to in these Official Rules and/or the spirit of the Promotion. Grounds for disqualification may include, but are not limited to, (i) inappropriate or offensive comments made to staff at the Event Venue, and (ii) prohibited interference with the Promotion. Prohibited interference with the Promotion includes any attempt to damage, undermine or interfere with the content or legitimate operation of the Promotion, e.g. via the use of bugs, virus, worms or other non-authorized human intervention, which corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or submission of entries or other information. Such prohibited may also be a violation of criminal and/or civil laws.
7. Prizes: Eligible Participants shall be entered to win one of the following prizes (each a "Prize"): Daniel Whelan autographed jersey, Keisean Nixon autographed jersey, Keisean Nixon autographed mini helmet, Daniel Whelan autographed mini helmet, Packers sticker, and Packers magnet.
8. Winner Selection: Subject to compliance with these Official Rules, every Eligible Participant who enters the Promotion in accordance with Section 4 of these Official Rules will receive one Prize of those listed in Section 7 of these Official Rules. The specific Prize for each Eligible Participant will be selected in a randomized drawing occurring at the time of entry. Each Eligible Participant is entitled to only one Prize.
9. Winner Notification: The winner will be informed by the Promoter after their entry in accordance with Section 4 via the Promoter's staff or agents promptly after the bar code has been scanned at the Event Venue (the "Notification Date"). The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surname and county of major prize winners to anyone who writes to the address set out in Section 1 (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within one month after the end of the Entry Period. If you are a winner and object to any or all of your surname, and county being published or made available, please contact the Promoter using the contact details in Section 21. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
10. How to Claim the Prize: The winner must respond to the Promoter at the time of being notified (the "Response"). In this Response, the winner must provide further information requested by the Promoter that is necessary to determine the Prize, e.g. their desired size if they won a garment. The Prize will usually be handed over to the winner promptly after their entry at the Event Venue, unless the Promotor notifies you otherwise or requests Further Information and Documents. In that case, the Prize will usually be sent to the winner via post at the earliest opportunity, usually within 30 days, after contact details, relevant Prize-related details and the Further Information and Documents have been provided.

The winner may be required to provide further information to assess compliance with these Official Rules, sign and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Release form provided by Promoter and, if requested for verification purposes, proof of age and place of legal residence ("Further Information and Documents"). The winner must respond to such request of Further Information and Documents by the Promoter within ten (10) days of the Notification Date (the "Verification Period"). In this case, the winner is not entitled to obtain the Prize until their eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules has been verified. The Prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

11. Prize substitution: No transfer, assignment, cash redemption, or substitution of the Prize (or portion thereof) is permitted except by the Promoter who reserves the right to substitute the Prize (or portion thereof) with one of comparable or greater value, at its reasonable discretion. Unused Prizes cannot be refunded, exchanged or applied towards other items or for cash.
12. Prize forfeiture: If the winner does not comply with these Official Rules (e.g. if Promoter has reason to believe that the winner does not meet the eligibility requirements or has otherwise breached these Official Rules) or does not provide the Further Information and Documents within the Verification Period, the Prize will be forfeited. In that case, the Promoter reserves the right to select another winner using the original selection process according to these Official Rules. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the Prize.
13. Tax: The winner is solely responsible for the reporting and payment of all applicable national, state or local taxes or social contributions (if any) arising from the acceptance of the Prize. If required by applicable tax laws, the winner is responsible for including the Prize in their personal tax return / tax assessment.
14. Liability:
    • Nothing in these Official Rules limits or excludes Promoter's liability: (a) for damages, costs or losses caused by its wilful misconduct or gross negligence; (b) for injury to life, limb or health, and (c) anything else that would be unlawful to exclude under applicable law.

Promoter shall not be liable for damages, costs or losses caused by its ordinary negligence, except where such negligence results in a breach of a material contractual obligation, the fulfilment of which is a prerequisite for the proper performance of the agreement and on the observance of which the other party may regularly rely. In such cases, the Promotor's liability shall be limited to the foreseeable damage typical for this type of contract and foreseeable by both parties at the time of conclusion. Any liability of the Promotor beyond Sections Error! Reference source not found. and Error! Reference source not found. shall be excluded.
• As this Promotion is only open to consumers (not businesses), Promoter will not be liable for any business losses any Eligible Participants may suffer, including (without limitation) loss of profits or revenue, loss of sales or contracts, loss of anticipated savings, wasted expenditure or loss of goodwill.

The limitations and exclusions of liability in this Section shall apply equally to the Released Parties, and references to "Promoter" should be interpreted accordingly.

15. No association with third parties: The Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with any third party. By participating in the Promotion, Eligible Participants are providing information to Promoter and not to any third party except as set forth in Section 18.
16. Amendment of these Official Rules and Cancellation: Promoter shall have the right, at its sole discretion and at any time, to change or modify these Official Rules, such change shall be effective immediately upon Notification (as defined below). Promoter reserves the right to suspend or cancel the Promotion if it reasonably considers it necessary to do so, including if there is any actual or anticipated breach of applicable law or the Promotion is affected by an event outside Promoter's reasonable control. In the event of suspension or cancellation or modification to these Official Rules, Promoter will post a notice on the applicable Promoter Instagram or other social media account or the application containing Eligible Participants' tickets to the Event Venue and put up a sign at the Event Venue ("Notification").
17. Publicity: Only with the consent of the winner, Promoter may make their name, country of residence and further information, including their photograph or likeness, available on its websites and in any other media.
18. Personal Information: The National Football League ("NFL") is the data controller. Eligible Participants acknowledge that any personal data supplied in connection with the Promotion will be collected, processed and used by NFL and its associated companies and service providers for the purpose of administering the Promotion (and the performance of these Official Rules), including the fulfilment, delivery and arrangement of the Prize and, where relevant, to comply with legal obligations. NFL processes such personal data in accordance with all applicable data protection laws and NFL's Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.nfl.com/legal/privacy/. Eligible Participants have various rights under data privacy laws including the right to ask for a copy of the information that NFL holds about them; ask NFL to access their personal data or update their personal data, if it is incorrect or incomplete; object to NFL's processing of their personal data; ask NFL to delete or restrict their personal data; and ask NFL to receive their personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and to transmit those data to another controller.  Eligible Participants also have the right to file a complaint with NFL or with a relevant supervisory authority if they believe that NFL has processed their personal data in violation of the applicable law. Further information on Eligible Participants' privacy rights can be found in NFL's Privacy Notice, which is available at https://www.nfl.com/legal/privacy/. Eligible Participants may exercise any of their rights as a data subject by contacting NFL by following the instructions in NFL's privacy policy available at https://www.nfl.com/legal/privacy/.
19. Severance and waiver: If any part of these Official Rules is or becomes invalid, illegal or unenforceable, the validity, legality and enforceability of the rest of these Official Rules will not be affected. Promoter's failure to enforce any provision of these Official Rules will not constitute a waiver of that provision.
20. Governing Law: The Promotion and these Official Rules are governed by Irish law to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If any Eligible Participants wish to take court proceedings, then they must do this within the courts of Ireland.
