WHAT IS MOBILE TICKETING?
The Green Bay Packers have adopted "mobile entry" for all tickets purchased through the secondary market, and for tickets forwarded or donated through a season ticket holders' "My Packers Account". The tickets will be accessible through the Packers app or through an internet browser at www.packers.com/tickets, and can be saved to a mobile device for easy entry at the stadium gates.
WILL SEASON TICKET HOLDERS RECEIVE HARD COPIES OF TICKETS?
Yes! Season ticket holders will still have hard copies of tickets mailed to them around mid-July.
CAN I STILL PRINT MY TICKETS FROM HOME?
No. Tickets for all Green Bay Packers games will no longer include a PDF printout option. This decision was made to protect the integrity of your season tickets and prevent the fraud and counterfeit problems that have increased in recent years. Season ticket holders will still have tickets mailed to them around mid-July.
HOW DO I GET THE PACKERS APP?
CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE TICKETS ON A SINGLE PHONE?
Yes! Once you tap on the game, you will be able to swipe left and right through your available tickets. We recommend saving your tickets to your phone’s Wallet or Passbook prior to gameday.
WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A SMARTPHONE?

WHAT IF I NEED HELP ON GAMEDAY? BROKEN DEVICE? BATTERY ISSUES?
You may visit the ticket office located next to the Miller Lite gate on the North end or the auxiliary ticket office on the south end of the stadium on gameday. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I MANAGE MY TICKET?
After the schedule is released and your account is paid in full, your tickets will be available to post for sale on NFL Ticket Exchange. Forwarding tickets will be available two weeks prior to each game.
