Select 'Account' at the bottom of the home screen and tap on 'My Packers Account'.

Log in with the email & password associated with your 'My Packers Account'.

You will see a listing for each of the games in your package. Tap on the game you wish to access.

You will now see each of your tickets. If you are ready to enter the stadium, tap on 'View Barcode'.

Present your ticket at the gate and the code will be scanned for entry. If you have multiple seats, swipe left and scan the additional codes for entry.

Within the game ticket screen, tap the 'Send' button.

Select all of the tickets you wish to transfer and tap 'Send To' on the bottom of the screen.

Select from contacts or manually enter a recipient and fill out the required information. You are able to send a ticket transfer via email or text.

When your guest accepts tickets through email, or clicks on the link provided via text message they will be prompted to create an account to accept the transfer and access the tickets. Once the recipient accepts the transfer offer, the tickets will be removed from your account.

In your selected game tap the “Sell” button on the bottom of the screen.

Select the seats you wish to list for sale and select the 'Set Price' button at the bottom of the screen.

Enter the price you would like to list the tickets for and tap on 'Payout Method'.

Choose the method you would like for receiving payment for your sale and tap on 'Confirm'. Review information for your posting and tap on 'Sell # Tickets' to complete.

How to Claim Tickets Sent to You

How to Claim Tickets Sent to You

  1. Click the link in the email or text message that was sent to you.
  2. Log in to your 'My Packers Account' or create a new account if you don’t already have one.
  3. Once logged in click the blue 'Claim' button to accept the tickets.
  4. Use the Packers Mobile App to view and download your tickets for easy entry into Lambeau Field (See above 'View Your Tickets' for additional details).
    If you received tickets for multiple games, you must click each link to claim the tickets by game.

To begin visit packers.com/tickets and click on 'My Packers Account'. Log in with the email and password associated with your Packers account.

After logging into your Packers account, select the 'Tickets' option at the top of the account.

Select the game that you want to manage.

All of the tickets you have in your account for that game will appear. You will want to click on 'Transfer' from this screen.

After selecting to 'Transfer' your tickets, you can select the specific seats you want to send and click on ‘Transfer’

After selecting the seats you want to send, enter the name and email address associated with your recipients account and click on 'Transfer'.

If your recipient doesn’t have an account, they can create one by clicking the link sent to their email. Once the recipient accepts the transfer offer, the tickets will be removed from your account.

Frequently Asked Questions

WHAT IS MOBILE TICKETING?

The Green Bay Packers have adopted "mobile entry" for all tickets purchased through the secondary market, the Brown County Drawing, and group sales. Additionally, any tickets forwarded or donated electronically by a season ticket holder must be accessed on a mobile device. You can use the Packers Mobile App to access your ticket(s).

HOW DO I GET THE PACKERS APP?

Download the free Packers app for Android or iPhone.

WILL SEASON TICKET HOLDERS RECEIVE HARD COPIES OF TICKETS?

Yes! Season ticket holders will still have hard copies of tickets mailed to them around mid-July.

CAN I STILL PRINT MY TICKETS FROM HOME?

Tickets for all Green Bay Packers events can no longer be printed in a PDF format. They must be accessed on a mobile device.

CAN I HAVE MULTIPLE TICKETS ON A SINGLE PHONE?

Yes! Once you tap on the game, you will be able to swipe left and right through your available tickets. We recommend saving your tickets to your phone’s Wallet or Passbook prior to gameday.

WHAT IF MY ENTIRE PARTY IS NOT WITH ME WHEN I ENTER LAMBEAU FIELD?

Every fan needs to present a ticket to enter Lambeau Field. If your party is not with you, you are able to transfer the ticket to them via your smartphone so they may enter separately.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A SMARTPHONE?

If you do not have a smartphone, please contact the Packers ticket office at (920) 569-7501 or tickets@packers.com for assistance.

WHAT IF I NEED HELP ON GAMEDAY? BROKEN DEVICE? BATTERY ISSUES?

You may visit the ticket office located next to the Miller Lite gate on the north end or the auxiliary ticket office on the south end of the stadium on gameday. Please have a valid ID for the name on the account.

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE CAN I MANAGE MY TICKET?

After the schedule is released and your account is paid in full, your tickets will be available in your “My Packers Account” to post for sale on NFL Ticket Exchange, transfer, or donate.
