GREEN BAY – Packers quarterback Aaron Rodgers and running back Aaron Jones have won a pair of the league's Week 5 awards.

Rodgers won the fan vote for clutch performer of the week after leading the Packers on a game-winning, 75-yard touchdown drive in the final minute-plus to beat the Cowboys, 35-31.

The drive covered nine plays and took 62 seconds, with Rodgers' 12-yard touchdown pass to Davante Adams giving Green Bay the lead with just 11 seconds left.

Rodgers finished the game 19-of-29 for 221 yards and three TDs for a 122.9 passer rating. The Packers trailed by as many as 15 points in the second quarter before mounting their comeback.

Jones was named the league's rookie of the week for his 19-carry, 125-yard rushing performance in Dallas.

It was the first NFL start for the fifth-round pick from Texas-El Paso, and he also scored his second pro touchdown on a 7-yard run late in the second quarter. Prior to the TD, he made a diving 9-yard catch along the sideline for a first down.

Jones became the first Packers rookie running back to rush for at least 100 yards in a game since Eddie Lacy in 2013.
