The Green Bay Packers present Football 101, an NFL Workshop for Women, on the evening of November 9, 2004. Sponsored by Usingers Famous Sausage and the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel, this year's event will take place in the Lambeau Field Atrium and in the Don Hutson Center.

While most people associate Packers football with 300-lb. linemen and muscle-bound linebackers, few recognize that almost half of all Packers fans are women. Simply put, women love their Packers! Football 101 provides women with an opportunity to learn about football in an interactive and entertaining format.

The evening's agenda includes the following:

4:30 - 5:00 PM:

Registration, Lambeau Field Atrium

Hors d'oeuvres and refreshments

5:00 - 5:45 PM:

Welcome and Informative football lecture

5:45 - 6:15 PM:

Question and Answer session with wives of Packers players/coaches/personnel

6:30 - 7:00 PM:

Tour of Lambeau Field

7:00 - 8:00 PM:

Clinic/Drills with Packers players - Don Hutson Center

Proceeds from Football 101 will benefit the Packers Women's Association (PWA), a non-profit organization whose main focus is "teaming up with the community."

The Packers are accepting the first 250 women to register. Payment of $50 is due in advance. Click here to sign up online. You may also sign up by calling 920.569.7249. A ticket for the event will be sent to you following receipt of your registration fee.
