'Football 101, NFL Workshop For Women' Returns Saturday, Nov. 18

The Green Bay Packers on Saturday, Nov. 18 again will host the popular ’Football 101, An NFL Workshop for Women.’ An interactive and entertaining event geared for women to learn the basics of football, ’Football 101’ will take place on the Associated Bank Club Level at the Lambeau Field Atrium and in the Don Hutson Center. Cost for the evening is $65.

The Green Bay Packers on Saturday, Nov. 18 again will host the popular 'Football 101, An NFL Workshop for Women.'

An interactive and entertaining event geared for women to learn the basics of football, 'Football 101' will take place on the Associated Bank Club Level at the Lambeau Field Atrium and in the Don Hutson Center. Cost for the event is $65; attendees must be 16 or older.

The day's activities include a welcome reception, a general lecture about football, an equipment demonstration, a question-and-answer session with wives of Packers players, coaches and other personnel, an autograph session and drills with Packers players at the Don Hutson Center.

The day's agenda includes the following:

10:30 to 11:30 a.m.

Registration.

11 to 12 p.m.

Light lunch and question-and-answer session with wives of Packers players/coaches/personnel.

12:15 to 1:15 p.m.

Group 1: clinic/drills with Packers players at the Don Hutson Center.

Group 2: autograph session.

1:15 to 2:15 p.m.

Group 1: autograph session.

Group 2: clinic/drills with Packers players at the Don Hutson Center.

2:30 to 3:15 p.m.

Informative football lecture.

3:15 to 4 p.m.

Football equipment demonstration with Packers Equipment Manager Red Batty

A portion of the proceeds from 'Football 101' will benefit the Packers Women's Association (PWA), a non-profit organization whose main focus is "teaming up with the community."

Payment of $65 is due in advance. Sign-up forms are available online at www.packers.com. Interested women also may register by calling 920/569-7250. A ticket for the event will be sent following receipt of the registration fee.
